You spray a fairly strong acid on paint, and then let it sit for five minutes. What did you expect there to happen? There's a reason why they say 30-60 seconds and agitation during that time if needed.
You are reviewing a product all while using it wrong.
Your not using the product right you are allowing it to dry before rinsing

There was a truck wash, that spray on the mag wheels, and spray off. They came out Beautiful >> Road Tar, Rust, Grim > I can't fine it 😥 It was call Wheel Bright

What a junk. Pressure washer alone would have accomplished same results.
Yeah obviously a pressure washer can do it it’ll just take longer, even dawn dish soap can do it. He just did it wrong idk how you mess up a wheel cleaner but he managed to do it

I'm guessing that the other wheel was stripped in part because the corrosion of the steel was under the paint. Then the HF reacted with both the iron and rust.
