Hi Matt and Andrea. Andrea, glad to see you back, hope you are feeling better. Matt I just want to mention before I list my likes/dislikes, you look so good in black slacks. This is a great color for you.
Likes:
1. The cabinets left of entrance - great storage for doggy items, shoes etc.
2. Loving rv’s with an ivory color option for cabinets - so inviting and open.
3. Storage for days! Two kitchen trash cans! A designated place for two trash cans, are you kidding! Thumbs up Thor.
4. The bedroom is really spacious, I like the versatile night stands vs long shirt closet. Some ppl need a large night stand, some need more room for long shirts. Both have a drawer - this is a winner.
5. Large outer garage.
6. Camp site facing dinette with huge window.
7. The bi-fold bedroom door is innovative and out of the way. Smart Thor, much more privacy then a curtain, without a door getting in the way. Also lend to the open feel of this RV.
8. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage. The shower is a bit small, meh, we take 4 minute showers so good trade off for the storage.
Dislikes:
1. Heat ducts in the front of main couch/sitting area.
A. Heat hitting directly on your legs.
B. No storage under jack knife sofa.
C. No foot rests.
D. Kinda impossible to replace with theater seating if a couple doesn’t need extra sleeping.
2. Would prefer a fridge with elec/LP for boondocking.
3. Would prefer a storage cabinet over a tiny oven that is never used. Two counter top burners and convection microwave + one extra cabinet would be amazing. We’re seeing more of this trend, a bit disappointed that this lovely RV is still old schooling it.
Overall - Amazing motorhome at a good price!
Welcome back, Andrea!!! Thank you for sharing how low the step in is!!!! And thank you for showing us how it looks with the slide-out in!!! 3 things I don't like...1. I know many people would disagree with me, but, I would rather save whatever amount of money it cost to have the drop-down bed in the front, and have it taken off the bottom line. (Can they do that???) 2. I would remove the shower doors in place of a curtain on a round bar!! I have no #3! What I love.... ohhhhh let me count the ways!!!! 1. After the shower door problem fixed...#1. I absolutely love the bathroom!!!! So much space and cabinets aren't bumped right up to the shower - to get everything wet from the shower!!!!!! #2 I love the kitchen!!!! One thing they could have done is to add all slide-out drawers in that nice pantry cabinet. They did have a couple - but I think they need to install all pull-out drawers... so you have more usable space and not stuff pushed back and forgotten!! #3 Love the bedroom and all the great closet space! Bonus: I love the simple to use jack-knife sofa/bed!!! I love the super comfy cockpit for driver and passenger!! And one last thing... I love the decor!! Thanks again so much Matt and Andrea!!!!!

Andrea is lovely. She notices the intricacies of the home while Matt is the "Budda Bing Wham Bam" guy who captures your attention. This is my first time watching their videos.
Andrea was seeing what I was saying. --
The multi-color-floors had an appearance of not being clean. They were going for wood grain and got something less.
Dual AC Units should be a PLUS or a LIKE.
What was the EXTRA Ladder for??
What was the extra power-cord for??
I didn't care much for the visibility-angle out the windshield.
I do like the LOW Ride Profile.
I liked the bathroom and I AM NOT Afraid of dropping the soap.
I LOVE the Storage setup.
I would turn the over the cab sleeper into something else. Get rid of a useless bed area and create a cabinet area instead.
Think about it for a minute - That unit is too small for a 6 person family. If you have a couple of kids then the 'jack-knife' cot is all you need. Or the table/bed conversion would work.
The Awnings were not rolling up when that wind was clearly bellowing the fabric.
The Sewage bay should have a 'plug' in that pass-through hole. That area is going to fill up with mud and dirt and rats and stray worms and a lot more -- fast like that.
At that price I give it a 7 out of 10. An argument could be made for an 8 out of 10.
Clearly buy-able and if it is kept up - will provide good service for years..
Matt's RV Review is the only real RV Review. I know because I watch them all. Even the ones that talk about those little tow behind egg-crates. Those ugly little tent campers that fill up a perfectly good camp ground and make the whole place look stupid.
Oh wait. Ignore that thought.

The bonus to not looking light and clean is that it also wont show dirt as easily. Bad for cleaning, but good for when you don't want to sweep behind yourself multiple times a day.
That interior and layout though.💖💖💖💖. The only thing Thor could do to possibly make this RV better would be to add the multiplex controller unit and at least one 100 watt solar panel.
Multiplex would be nice but a 100 watt solar panel is a gotta!

Matt I looked thru a similar model at our RV show and the cabinet door were already broken. The hinge is literally a screw into the 1/4” plywood. The sales guy didn’t look too impressed with the build quality of it. Love the layout and you’re channel is great keep up the great teamwork you guys are the best at these review.
Nobody can duplicate Andrea’s behind scenes production work nor Matt’s experience and enthusiasm. Good luck trying to copy the master.

It’s always best to place the dinette camp side. That’s always a plus. Especially for families. The brighter colors make it seem more spacious.
Hey, three things I like and three things I dislike. 1) Like = your energy! 2) Your promptness (new products), 3) Your realness! Dislikes = 1) shaky cam in some shots = stress in viewer. 2) take your time, charge that battery and add those 2 or 3 minutes, and show me under the bed cabinets, (I tried like three times to see the left side cabinet under the bed area, and no I can't see SH*$). 3) Explain your comments further example = when u mention why it may be illegal to be on bed while driving or driving with bed down over driving area (why). Other than that, Keep on Keeping On! I had to review you guys, love u guys! I'm the guy that is looking for that affordable yet perfect Class A RV, LOL! Seriously keep those RV reviews coming! Cheers!

Price is not bad eitherI. I like the light colors...makes it look bigger . Not liking the placement of the TV but nice size...what sold me is the second trash can!

I love this layout the colors for the most part, not the back splash which I think should be on the back and side wall by stove and maybe behind bathroom sink to? The window coverings on top maybe all solid colors a light brown or some what darker maybe??? Would like to see a little bigger fridge if possible, and PLEASE NO CARPET at ALL!!!!!! A bedroom farm door also, DO NOT like that one that is up! Another suggestion maybe see if a rectangle shower could fit in there with a single door and last for dislikes/suggestions...No black faucets! Overall I do like this layout and remodel! I absolutely love the windows and the one over the door, and especially the child safety hook harness! That is a real plus for me! I really do like this one! Thanks Matt & Andrea for this review writing this model down as one of my tops so far. Can't wait to see your next video! Thanks again and be safe!

I've scene the others that try to do RV reviews and they do NOT measure up how you two do reviews, not in video, not in presentation, and many are just plain out ammatures. Keep up the great work, you know how to keep you audience engaged during your presentations👍😃
With the slide in, notice the back of the driver's seat hits the slide. For tall drivers (I'm 6'1") the seat cannot be moved back far enough to avoid a "cramped legs" driving position! This is true in nearly ALL Ford class C's. WHY do they not move the slide back 6" to allow for more driver seat leg room?? Matt - please do this "test" in your EXCELLENT reviews! A great service for us taller folks! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK - VERY INFORMATIVE!!

I really like almost everything about this, and I haven't always been crazy about the ACE. Love the decor! If I had to pick one dislike, it would be that it's a bit narrow with slide in, but still very accessible. I hate bedroom slides so I'm glad it doesn't have one.

Was looking for motor homes and my very fav is the THOR ACE. Love, love the twin beds. I love you guys ....Matt is so cute when he expresses himself...love it...
Three things I like are...the very organized wet bay, storage in the bedroom, and the kitchen area. Three things I don’t like are...the bunk over the cab-just would hold anyone, the shower ( my son is 6’5” he would not fit) and that door in the bedroom-I would probably pinch my fingers in it.

Yes agree with you on those. But I'm with Andrea on the floor. It was too busy looking. I don't think a shiny surface would help. The floor was cheap looking (along with the odd-looking backsplash).

We want to travel from city to city helping the homeless getting back on their feet or helping them with toiletries, food etc. I would only buy this from you and we live in Vegas!!!! Very nice RV... one thing i REALLY want to see more RV companies do is have charging stations on BOTH sides of the bed. Sounds silly, but in this day and age its HUGE. No one wants to have to walk across the room to plug your phone up to charge. You want it near by so when your phone rings you don't have to get out of bed because its on the charger.

I love the white cabinets what a nice change! 2. I like the inside front & how the overhead drops down 3. love the windows. Dislikes? 1. I don't like the kibble station, you get out of bed at night your gonna fall over that. 2. that's all I have.

Andrea & Matt, this is my all time favorite. The perfect set up -N/S queen bed. Can walk around to make the bed yahoooo! Can't make the twin beds hurts hips/shoulders. Really hate the twins in the bedroom.

The faucet in the bathroom is black because they are matching it with the towel holder, toilet paper holder and the trim in the shower door. At least this is my guess.

2) Plenty of storage
3) Two air conditioners
What I don't like:
1) No bunk beds
2) Tight bathroom
3) Some of the storage compartments are exposed
4) I wish it had an outside kitchen and an outside entrance to the bathroom, any class A/C with these features?

Matt and Andrea, thank you for doing such a great job! I enjoy your videos. Two suggestions and a question:
1. Please spend more time on the interior before you extend the slide-outs. As someone who has traveled extensively in motorhomes I know the value of good functionality when the slide-outs are in travel position. It's not just access to the bathroom that is important. Access to the closets, drawers, refrigerator, windows, beds -- everything -- contributes to enjoyment. Comfort of the seating positions while traveling or briefly stopped for lunch or fueling. Extending slide outs isn't always an option, even in some rustic campgrounds.
2. You do a great job reviewing the functionality of the toilet position. Please do the same thing with the driver's seat positions with the slide outs in. I've found in many motorhomes that the driver's area is very cramped because the slide-out wall directly behind the driver's seat prevents the seat from moving back often with little or no ability to recline the seat. Driving comfort is a big deal and too many motorhomes are designed to be uncomfortable for tall people to drive. Also a solid wall behind the driver restricts visibility -- a nicer setup has a window directly behind the driver allowing a view behind the driver and even to the outside looking through the exterior window behind the driver. Also many motorhomes don't do a good job with the engine cover; some engine covers make it difficult to get in and out of the front seats. Also some engine covers don't do a good job of blocking engine heat and noise from the the interior, especially the drivers right foot on the accelerator.
3. Many years ago (early 2000s) some motorhomes had a power management system (I had one with an Intellitec 30 amp system). This allowed a 30 amp service to simultaneously run the compressors on both roof air conditioners when the total amperage draw remained under 30 amps. Start the microwave, and one of the air conditioner compressors was automatically turned off (its fan kept running) and when the microwave finished, about two minutes later the second AC compressor kicked back in. The power cord was lighter and easier to use, access to 30 amp hookups was more abundant and yet functionally, everything worked. So what happened? Why aren't these systems common anymore? I'm not sure they're even offered. I often thought this was one of the best features.

I love the storage, cockpit, single piece roof, and windows. I don't like the bed over the cockpit, the white cabinets (I prefer darker wood), the crescent moon shower, and the price point.

PLEASE tell the RV manufacturers to add the side back splash!! Whoever is designing these should be required to fry bacon and THEN decide where the back splash should be! Duh!! It's camping... There will be bacon!!
I do like this revision. I didnt like the older ones but i think they listened and updated the right things here... really like the 30 to 50 amp upgrade!!
I like the new look the older ones the cabinets just made me feel like I was in a doctors office. This is a big improvement. The only dislike is the overhead bunk weight.

3 things I like about the video are 1 great explanations, 2 love how your willing to do all to show the full RV, 3love the RV its self. No dislikes
Likes: over cab bed doesn't go down all the way (for the reason you said), storage space, grab bar at door.
Dislikes: the step separating the cockpit from the rest of the space (I'd trip on that for sure. Maybe a ramp instead?), no back splash behind sink to prevent the sofa from getting wet, frig isn't a 3-way.
Matt, could you show RV interiors with the beds down (Dinette, sofa, etc.)? That gives an idea of sleeping space too.

Great layout! Love the country (that’s what the plank look flooring’s about). 30’ long and ALL that storage. A bedroom to live in! Think adding storage behind the bench seat was right on! A place to Hang shoes Inside door with last minute items.
Don’t likes: L/R TV placement at an angle. Itty bitty Bath sink, skimpy stove back splash.
Matt those wall mounted soap/shampoo holders are meant just for this shower. Great review.
Whatever you do, don’t have a “Vacation” incident with the doggy tied up. Chevy Chase forgot, that’s all I’m saying. That said, “Load up y’all! I would like to see the manufacturers put the entertainment center and the navigation center on swivel, that way the passenger can update the navigation system. The driver needs to drive and not be distracted trying to update things their self. SAFETY!

The storage in this home is incredible! I agree about the shower. Not a fan of it. The rest of the bathroom is one of the best. For a 30ft home, this actually has a lot.
This one checks off all of my boxes....storage is great,decent kitchen, has both sofa and dinette.love the computer table for the co pilot. Outside looks nice, like the lower riding chassis to allow easier access to rig....Ill have to think about negatives....maybe the thick supports on either side of the windshield, could possibly cause a blind spot that Id have to constantly look around...

cool channel, a lot to learn about RV's my family used to rent them as a kid and my wife's family owned one when she was a little girl, she has always wanted one and I hope after college in 3 years I can make that a reality, so I figured I'd start learning about them now, unlike boats which have skyrocketed in price this is actually a realistic hobby to shoot for.
Love you guys! Can't wait to get my RUV. I'm actually aiming for the Vegas, but this ACE is nice. I think the doggy food tray is unnecessary. If you have water in it it will slosh while you drive and who wants to keep emptying it before you drive away. I love the computer station tray much better than the old flip over version. I love the flooring. I don't like the small windshield. I love being able to see it all while I'm driving. I agree with the sewer hose being contained within the bumper. I didn't notice overhead lights on the cabinets. I prefer a rear bathroom... this one is too small, one like is that it does have the PPP!
I'd love to see you drive a Vegas and give us a driving review. I want to see how it handles in traffic and what you actually see while driving. I'll be looking for it... ; ) Keep up the good work!

I agree with Andrea, the floor needs some shine. I would like a tad lighter taupe. For the money, it feels cramped. Maybe they crammed too much into 300? sq ft (with the slide). Some nice ideas for the Reno of my skooley though with colour palettes of SAND and AQUA and a Tropical THEME. I love the safety belts and child safety seat.
We are still in the "research"and "reality checks" stage. Oh we will get one but we like to get as much info as possible before we put down the big bucks. Having said that I do have an issue with the kitchen slide out.

This motorhome is great. The dog Dushanbe in bedroom is cute. It sleeps a lot of people. It’s nice for 30 feet. Not sure if this is the same one that was in top 5 pic from Rv show. Matt this video was from 10 months ago it says. I must have seen it but didn’t know how to put the thumbs up button on then I heard you say where it was one time and I hit it. The comments I did later I couldn’t figure out how to do it either. But I learned again from you too. I thought it was funny how I learned both from you some how not sure but did. Oh I was laughing because in this video you did the prime pooping position but you didn’t go bing at the time and then in the screen was your picture on the toilet that came later. Lol. Sorry for long letter. I like this one fir the same reason you both do and don’t have too much dislikes. Thank you Matt and Andrea! See you soon!
So I love this motorhome. To make it amazing Thor needs to do the following, Omit the bunk over the cab, or have its omission an option, omit the tall cupboards next to the shower and make the shower bigger. Slam latch the exterior storage and put an outlet and access for a CPAP in the top cupboards over the bed. Finally, have more options for diesel across the lines. If this had diesel and could tow 10k pounds it’d be amazing. It’s a beautiful motorhome!
Matt, based on my research the so called "pet window" is really a safety feature called a "trucker's window". It lets a trucker see small cars, motor bikes etc creeping along side. In some ACE models the entry steps actually flip up exposing secret "cubbys". If the tankless water heater is all aluminum no need for the 6 month or yearly "diode" replacement a major plus. Cockpit looks like the Jayco Precept cockpit...hope seats are easier to adjust; like your computer tray over the Jayco. I like the cabinets by the door....sweet. Like the pullout drawers under dinette...would prefer privacy and day blinds. Love the oven space. Love drawers under the bed!!! That is the best...I hate lifting beds to get to storage.

Hi Matt - This is not the first time that Thor has cock-blocked us from buying one of their rigs with a shitty shower, pardon the word. We would have bought the 24.1 a long time ago if it were not for that crazy shower offering. They did an awesome job adding 50 amp and 2 ACs! That's a big selling point for us but the shower is a deal-breaker, on GP and for practicality.
It mystifies me that so many RV companies do this: They place a tall, thin cabinet to the side of the shower instead of skipping this tiny storage to allow for the shower to go all the way across the width of the bathroom. Then the shower would be feasible instead of a deal-breaker.
If any RV companies are listening, please know that it seems insane that there are so many layouts that do not have a direct view to the TV or have a tiny microwave, silly-small shower or furniture that is anything super super comfortable. It's like they don't spend any time in an RV, right? Am I crazy?
