I've seen angry Redditors freak out over this game being Russian propaganda because Russia gets all these prototypes while the US only gets what has been in serial production for a while, like Abrams, F/A-18, even Humvees that have been decommissioned, actually. Well, it doesn't really work well as propaganda when the fancy new stuff still gets beaten by the old boomer stuff.
I enjoy watching broken arrow more than warno but I enjoy watching both. It will be nice when we can watch you play fixed arrow. =) AOE was also grande fun to watch.
not gonna claim it was perfect or anything but played on US servers starting like a week or so into the beta and had a VERY different experience than hippie seems to have lol. game had plenty of issues but it was fun beyond even just the ability to play with modern systems that arent really in most other games. if they do another open MP beta before launch id recommend to give it a go
i played the game during the open playtest and despite all the issues, i still think this game is one of the best and most engaging strategy games of its type currently available. the vehicle gameplay and various tools you have at your disposal make the game rather micro intensive, but incredibly satisfying and rewarding. first game where i actually _want_ to keep all my infantry transports alive, not just because they cost points, but because they are actually useful in both a logistical and combat role
