I’m all for everyone’s opinions but yeah man, some just take it a step further to the point where they sound like they’re whining.
legit I swear gamers are some of the most whiniest and most pathetic communities ever. The entire chat of the entire show was non stop whining. I personally havent enjoyed an event like that in a while. The show was (imo) a 10/10, really fun times, and even though I had voted for Black Myth, I was really happy Astro bot won. Some people just thrive off of negativity and its really sad to see what the gaming space has turned into. Everyone screaming woke and boring at every reveal. Sad. Not that I care though I had a blast and cannot wait for most of these games!

And it was a great game! People are so salty it won and are acting like it was rigged and bought by Sony. Ridiculous! They clearly didn’t play it.
The reason it won aside from it being a great fun game that is perfect beginning to end…is because it is the most widely appealing. Games like Metaphor aren’t everyone’s cup of tea and same for Black Myth Wukong. Plus BMW was incredible in the boss fights and cutscenes and all the rest was more like a 7.5 out of 10. Because it was a bit repetitive, a bit boring at times, and sometimes certain fights didn’t feel that good at all compared to similar games like Sekiro.
Dont get it twisted though I loved Black Myth Wukong and would have been happy if they won as well. But I didn’t quite think it was perfect enough to take that number one spot.

I personally had more fun with every other game that was nominated, but I can't be too mad. These Goty nominees were all pretty amazing

So many fake gamers react to these actually thinking that wukong would win or a gta 6 trailer would be shown. Anyone who actually plays video games and not just popular stuff knows astrobot was most likely to win.

Alanah Pearce said that she talked to several people in the industry who have played a chunk of a very early version of The Witcher 4 and they said that it looked very beautiful and realistic like the trailer. So that’s dope hopefully they can keep that up throughout development
Nice. Also excited to hear more from and off her with regards to "Dispatch". The game design itself positively surprised me, both the presentation by Laura and Evan, aswell as the list of VAs in general.

I've been watching game awards reactions and not only are ya'll extremely entertaining, but I can tell ya'll love video games so much just from being hype alone for the new Team Ico game and Okami as well as love for Clive from FF16. Extremely good taste! :)

The Witcher 4 is easily the game I’m most excited for. The Witcher 3 was amazing. Didn’t feel much for Elden Ring 🤷🏻♂️

Except an xbox studio game(hellblade) actually beat astro for an award(audio), if it was rigged it would have won that as well. For someone who is upset and thinks sony rigged it you sure sound like salty spider-man 2 fans from the other year.
