Jinx going to Bilgewater and interacting with Illaoi would be absolutely amazing. After everything Jinx has been through Illaoi's focus on change and moving forward could be exactly what she needs.
Necrit is right. If the invasion got retconned, then people would be up in arms. ESPECIALLY since there was a literal match held to see which side won to affect the lore directly.
My best guess and recommendation, Riot needs to hold off on Bilgewater for now. The Ruined King gave us enough story for now and it would feel like treading over the same ground. Give it some time, flesh out other areas of Rune Terra, then come back to Bilgewater with an amazing retelling of MF, Illaoi and Gank Planks story for those that only know Arcane.
they 100% do the mage rebelion storyline as a show with sylas-lux as the main characters Noxus should start leaning into mordekaiser lore since Black rose should be a big part of it and Ionia obv the invasion
This is what I think too! And it’s easier for a broader audience to digest if the characters are a bit more relatable than warlord region, as cool as we may think that is 😂
They can't really involve the Noxians as much as if they are making Noxus from the start. They already have some introduced or teased characters to work with, and the non-gamer audience could have something to connect with, which isn't completely new. They can continue Mel and Leblanc, Swain was teased too, and there is a ton of potential even locally. They didn't really spend so much time with Ambessa's past, we only had a glimpse in Blood Sweat & Tears, which wasn't that much. Sure, they can make a clean start somewhere, the question is, does it make any sense?
See. That *would* be a good idea. But: Katarina is a big part of that plotline. And she's a big part of it because of swain being the leader of noxus. Which requires the magic vs nonmagic plotline to be AFTER The Noxian invasion of Ionia.
@@staLkerhu Its possible it'll only be another 2 years. I doubt it but there is a chance as Riot said they've been working on the next show for a year already.
One storyline I would love to see is Azir and Xerath, along with Nasus and Renekton. I think these two pairs have so much potential to create an interesting plot, along with Ikatia and the initial rise of the void.
You can call me crazy, but for some reason, it seems to me that a circle will be made around the main regions, and then a new worldwide threat will arise, which local Avengers will gather to fight, which will include the departed Jinx, and even Victor and Jace will be returned.
Jinx + Graves + TF would feel like the funniest disaster waiting around the corner. Jinx always causing trouble + TF falling into said trouble + Graves being cool daddy/big bro trying to save them causing even more trouble. Sounds like amazing anime that could go hand in hand with One Piece (sharing gaginess and pirates). Count me in
I think they want to tell new stories instead of retelling existing stories. So that reduces the chances of a Noxian invation, or anything related to the Ruination or Sylas rebalion. The thing i would want to see the most is 3 seasons about the Noxian invation to Ionia - 1 pre-invation, 1 during the invation, and 1 about the aftermaths of the invation. But I have a feeling we are going to get Freijlord, I think they have more freedom to tell new stories there
Skip noxus and demacia, already very explored, i want a Shurima storyline, all the way from azir coming to power, and the creation and destruction of the sun disc, and the darkin and ascended war, maybe a bit of void in there too.
I think out of all the regions, Demacia will be the best to do next. Just like with Piltover and Zaun, the whole foundation of the city is reflected in the real world; being the discrimination, as well as the politics with the authorities. I think people will feel more connected with those kinds of stuff.
I wholeheartedly believe that if what they told us is true and they're still in budget for 3 more animated seasons, they can make a unified series around noxus and its relationship with demacia and ionia. For me, it seems like the best way to tell the story of these three regions, as they're so intertwined (even the mage rebellion, as the true assassin of Jarvan III is supposed to be katarina)
As an Arcane fan only, this video got me really hyped up! I can't wait to see more, Bilgewater and Jinx sounds cool, the whole Riven story, I'm not all about the possible live action but, who knows? Maybe they can change my mind 😊
if i need to take a guess about the next stories byt the end of Arcane we see 3 character moving out, first we see Mel going back to Noxus and we also see Vi and Cait traveling in a flying ship, they are flying over the open ocean, and taking in consideration they are leaving Piltover, the most probably destination that require traveling over open ocean is Ionia or Shadow islands, but is most probably Ionia. Riot also made a comment about how the last episodes of arcane have references for the future projects, and the 2 main references are about Noxus and Ionia. i feel the best option for Riot Writer to continue the Arcane Universe, would be to create 2 shows that work together. one focused in Noxus and other in Ionia and both covering the invasion but from different sides, something like one season of Noxus about Mel, Swain, Riven, Black Rose and other Noxian characters, working as a prelude of the invasion. After that one season of Ionia covering the Ionia side of the invasion with Swain as the common protagonist that keep both plots linked, them back to a second season of Noxus to close the invasion and end with Swain killing the emperor and leading Noxus, once this is done the story move to a second season of Ionia with the aftermatch events of the invasion. once this is done they move to Demacia and possible the Freljords
It isnt about "this fandom" - it is about every fandom. All fandoms have people who like to ship characters togather - they would ship anything, and they tend to share thier prefered ships online (aka, laud minority). thats how they enjoy the show, nothing is wrong with that. *as long as they dont harass online anyone who doesnt agree with them
I would really love to see a show like love death and robots themed around the league verse. Getting around 8 short episodes in different animation styles focusing on different stories around Runeterra. Kinda like the tales of Runeterra collection but bigger.
I do hope we will get Ekko and Jinx spin-off series. Ekko and Jinx deserve a much better ending after everything they've both been through and suffered. I'd like to see their relationship development.
Honestly,I kind a like a dark academy theme of Noxus’s intuition that has gathered a super power kid like Anny and other like in LoR. And discovered the dark secrets of the intuition
one Storyline you might have forgotten (cause so did I) Thresh! He is currently still in Noxus, as of the unbound Cinematic. I'm super exited to see what he is planning there, especially now that he harbors the power of the mist.
In Demacia there is only one real plotline people will be invested in. The mage rebellion with Sylas and Lux all else can go with it but not as the centerpiece IMO
Ok I might have a theory: The noxian was already in progess during the events of arcane, but it didnt go that well so midway through the conflict singed nukes ionia similar to the race to nuklear weapons in WW2. Please let me know what you think
Maybe as a potential game, even though Bilgewater got a game, but you can do something similar to "It Takes Two" with TF and Graves. Missions, being bounty hunters, meeting a bunch of characters from Bilgewater
I think Pyke's upbringing in Bilgewater could also be cool story to tackle, and his story could be connected to the curveball you mentioned, Nautilus, and maybe Illaoi as well.
i hope they made an animation show abaout jinx goes to bilgewater and ekko founds out she is alive and trying to find her (pls dont make jinx bise*ual with missfortune or ant other women or man pls only ekko)
Since we're getting new singleplayer video games, I'd like to see a Taliyah focused video game (a action-adventure narrative game with travelling elements "a la Journey" through the desert...) and a Star Guardian game: it could be like Marvel Ultimate Alliance mechanic wise, where you play as your own Star Guardian, a new recruit, and during missions you go on missions alongside a selected team of Star Guardians with their unique abilities, strengths and weaknesses, and outside of missions, you could befriend (and maybe even romance?) your fellow Star Guardians -except Kai'Sa and Akali / Xayah and Rakan as they're already established couples-, it could be fun. (And speaking of Taliyah, she NEEDS to be voiced by Erica Lindbeck once more)
okay okay here me out. We get stories from all regions just like arcane. If they keep the name arcane it will connect everything through the void. Every series will have a class with the arcane in every region so they have one final season in which they need to fight the void or lose runeterra. In order to do this they need to collect all the main characters from the series (for ex now ekko, jinx, vi etc.) to from the "league of legends.
I would be thoroughly excited to she a show in Demacia about Garen trying to protect Lux and keep her secret while Sylas breaks free and leads the Mage Rebellion.
haven't played league in like 10 years. i really liked Lux back in the days, so my wish would be that the next big show will feature her as one of the main characters (and according to this video, a demacia x noxus focused story arc is not unlikely). after arcane, noxus HAS to be a main focus, and demacia would fit well as a counterpart
a character who did not get mentioned while talking about bilgewater, si nilah you could have a great story about nilah teaming up with grave and tf (and maybe jinx if she come this way), to fight some great monster facin illaoi on the way as she could see it as a form of nagakabouros , before realising her mistake and with nilah involve, you can easily bring mordekaiser, the freljordian god, or any big monster, as nilah is trying to hunt them down even if, to be fair I just want a pirate show and a lot of screen time for twisted fate
I think next is going to be wherever Mel and the red eyed raven that followed her takes place in the League of Legends lore, that I know nothing about. Since we don't know the format of how many seasons/episodes per spinoff it will be, and supposedly they are meant to be focused on individual characters, it wouldn't surprise me if Riot Games mandated to streamline the formula somehow because nine years of Christian Linke's life to make two seasons doesn't sound feasible to repeat.
Sentinels of Light might have been terrible in a lot of aspects but getting Irelia and Riven to interact with each other actually set up a lot of huge possibilities for the future
If that's the case, they have to completely redo their interactions. In the Sentinels event, Irelia dropped her life-long prejudice at the drop of a hat, and Riven was all smiles cracking sarcastic jokes. These two should not be holding hands, teaming up like the Marvel Avengers.
I would actually like the show to go to Bilgewater, Ishtal, Freliord or Shurima Or do a show following Mel in Noxus. Like stay away from the big stories for now Damacia would be really cool too, but they have to have the Sylas story in it imo.i think they could still do interesting things with it, expecially since they are not afraid of switching the lore of the characters
Idk I feel like live action bilgewater could be fun. Pirate movie with twisted fate, graves, and miss fortune where they've all made deals with Tahm Kench and now they're seeking ways out of it. Or a combination pirate movie and slasher movie where Pyke is the antagonist. The problem with video game movies is when they try to tell a story meant to be played and not watched. But there's a lot you can do with a *new* story in Bilgewater + live action movie.
The One Piece was good. Though it really depends on the setting, Bilgewater being likely because it is the most grounded and Pirates of the Carribea-like
Bilgewater would make total sense. A lot of creative freedom for the writers, a goofy likeable gay couple and Illaoi being a badass native priestess with a very cool religion. And I'm totally biased when it comes to pirate stuff 🙃
It's really hard to tell a story in Ionia without the invasion being a big part of it. Almost every storyline and almost every character is strongly connected to it and influenced by it
I would personally love a Shurima series with the rise and fall of the empire. I mean just imagine the finale of the series with the betrayal of xerath
I disagree that jinx was headed to bildge water. The noxians were headed east and she was headed the opposite direction. So chances are she was headed to either demacia or shurima. Both give her options, with demacia being a set up for their seemingly constant, though generally non-cannon friendship with lux to become a thing. It also makes the most sense for her to go there if she's really trying to hid as its the last place anyone would look. Shurima makes a good choice too, both for it being a good place for her to hide while also being a builder as she could meet up with Rumble and ziggs there.
I don't know the lore so well but why does it look like in S2 as if LeBlanc is the one crowning the new king in the theater (I mean because of the black nails)?
Well, with Katarina getting the prestige, I'd guess that she will definitely be one of the main characters. Kind of still hoping that Cassiopeia will appear somewhere...
It's ironic how I DON'T want to see my mains Irelia or Lux on a show... I don't have $1000 dollars to spend on the inevitable gacha league skins that will follow. Pour one out for the Jinx fans who were collecting all her skins.
1: Riot invested a lot of money into Fortiche after season 1 - it is safe to say that Fortiche will animate whatever they do next. 2: The next story probably wont be related to the Arcane characters at all (according to my understanding from the interview). We will see them again someday, but it will be a while before we will see them again,
@@E_D___ agh, that's kind of frustrating? they limited themselves to just 2 seasons from the get-go with the plan to abandon the characters afterwards? that feels like such a strange way to go about things. I was hoping that Arcane characters would branch off to different regions to be our "anchors" to introducing us to new champions and regions and stuff. Narratively, I would think that that makes much more sense, rather than just abandoning now-beloved characters to go to new ones, especially after season 2 was so rushed.
to be able to do riven we need lucian to save senna from thresh then we need the backstory of that then we need to know who is thresh and get down to veigo and who is he and how he's connected to vlad
I think we can assume that Veigo wont be a focus of a show anytime soon. The Reuniation story is still a recent thing, and it was told multible times from multible angles
I wouldn't think too deeply about it because they couldn't really give a timeline of when Arcane happens because of the grand lore it affects in just Piltover/Zaun alone much less Runeterra as a whole One of those moments of wait and see unfortunately
Well actually no, because those ravens could be straight up Raum itself, not Swain. There's a really high chance that Riot wants to make a show centered on the Invasion of Ionia.
Arcane did happen after the Noxian invasion of Ionia. When training Caitlyn, Ambessa spoke of the Three Pillars of Strength. This only emerged after Swain overtook Boram Darkwill and created the Council of Three.
@DasSnek That's not the case, those are the Noxian principles which have been around forever. Swain created the Trifarix, which created three rulers centered on each principle respectively
Lux gatcha skin 5000 dollars in coming

Even tho I know it all, I still can't wait for your "explaining the entire universe of lol" video.
I'm expecting the video to be atleast 3 hours long
I have a theory. The pants scene with Jinx was a shoutout to Necrit.
Viego storyline would be so epic
Noxus, it is Noxus.
I wish they would make a movie series or something about azir's empire
I would personally love a Shurima series with the rise and fall of the empire. I mean just imagine the finale of the series with the betrayal of xerath
Riot / Runeterra is gonna be bigger than Marvel.
imagining jinx and illaoi interacting is really funny
I disagree that jinx was headed to bildge water. The noxians were headed east and she was headed the opposite direction. So chances are she was headed to either demacia or shurima. Both give her options, with demacia being a set up for their seemingly constant, though generally non-cannon friendship with lux to become a thing. It also makes the most sense for her to go there if she's really trying to hid as its the last place anyone would look. Shurima makes a good choice too, both for it being a good place for her to hide while also being a builder as she could meet up with Rumble and ziggs there.
riven one sounds crazy possible but would love Frel Jord soon
15:47 - don't tickle my soul like that man... we need Ophelia in League... or in a show... or anywhere, just give me that character...
Noxus.
I still want an animated movie about ancient Shurima!!!!
An ezreal live action adventure movie would be amazing kinda like indiana jones type movie.
I'm praying that Riot does a show about Azir, Xerath, Nasus, and Renekton. Also, I hope they don't do one about Demacia.
I don't know the lore so well but why does it look like in S2 as if LeBlanc is the one crowning the new king in the theater (I mean because of the black nails)?
This video reminds me of me talking about Warhammer… I’m not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
Yes to Fiddlesticks please.
I'm going to say it again.
I don't think live-action movie is a good idea..
bilgewater is just people in bars is c razy considering the harrowing and pyke and tahm kench
Arcane's probably going to either Noxus or Demacia next.
AS LONG AS MY MAN SYLAS GETS TO BE A GOOD GUY
Couldn't the Bilgewater story dive into a non-LEAGUE champion like Jack. His fighting pit, Samira, etc?
Well, with Katarina getting the prestige, I'd guess that she will definitely be one of the main characters. Kind of still hoping that Cassiopeia will appear somewhere...
Riot: "cassio-who?"
They have to go with Zed Shen Jhin again. Too good to pass.
Jinx could go there and meet Fizz, so he would replace Ziggs as the troublemaker duo to her
À bilgwater show would be amazing with miss fortune
It's ironic how I DON'T want to see my mains Irelia or Lux on a show...
I don't have $1000 dollars to spend on the inevitable gacha league skins that will follow.
Pour one out for the Jinx fans who were collecting all her skins.
1: Fortiche needs to be the animators
2: I want Jayce and Viktor back. Their characters and dynamic are just too good and interesting to watch
1:
Riot invested a lot of money into Fortiche after season 1 - it is safe to say that Fortiche will animate whatever they do next.
2:
The next story probably wont be related to the Arcane characters at all (according to my understanding from the interview).
Narratively, I would think that that makes much more sense, rather than just abandoning now-beloved characters to go to new ones, especially after season 2 was so rushed.
we need a targon n ixtal story🙏🏽
to be able to do riven we need lucian to save senna from thresh then we need the backstory of that then we need to know who is thresh and get down to veigo and who is he and how he's connected to vlad
I think we can assume that Veigo wont be a focus of a show anytime soon.
The Reuniation story is still a recent thing, and it was told multible times from multible angles
12:13 WAIT WAIT WAIT!
So this confirms that Arcane happened AFTER the Noxus invasion of Ionia (3:07)
The raven in Arcane could be Raum itself. Before Swain uses it's powers.
I wouldn't think too deeply about it because they couldn't really give a timeline of when Arcane happens because of the grand lore it affects in just Piltover/Zaun alone much less Runeterra as a whole
One of those moments of wait and see unfortunately
Well actually no, because those ravens could be straight up Raum itself, not Swain. There's a really high chance that Riot wants to make a show centered on the Invasion of Ionia.
Arcane did happen after the Noxian invasion of Ionia. When training Caitlyn, Ambessa spoke of the Three Pillars of Strength. This only emerged after Swain overtook Boram Darkwill and created the Council of Three.
@DasSnek That's not the case, those are the Noxian principles which have been around forever. Swain created the Trifarix, which created three rulers centered on each principle respectively
Hear me out: Jinx, Graves and TF at the core of a "Friends" Type sitcom
