    Finally a kid who is homeless with a rough life , that's actually doing something for herself - going to school and staying positive! Instead of being a junkie and complaining about how bad her life is and using these trials as an excuse to be a loser. Good for her. I love it

    My Dear, I am 60 yrs old and still have the scars. The physical ones may fade, the emotional ones are the devil in the details and you my dear young Lady have managed those demons and you must believe that you have even encouraged and reassured a senior like myself. You are stronger than most I know, man or woman. Keep on YOUR Path, God Bless You & Thank You M'Lady!

    I was a homeless at young age too, I was abused, now I have 3 houses, just stay honest, even you are surrounded by dishonest, be humble and keep moving, if you can not fly you walk, if you can not walk you crawl.

      +michaelrose93 Yeah, doesn't add up for me. Not saying it isn't possible, but the very few attractive homeless women I've witnessed were either mentally ill, or drug addicts.

    • @firstnamelastname6520
      @firstnamelastname6520 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Answerthequestion So many women are homeless for non-drug related issues. Its easy for an abusive boyfriend to kick their girl out even if she’s in a different state than her family. All it takes is getting sick and losing your job. Drug addicts and mentally ill people will spend more time on the streets usually so it would make sense that the ones you met weren’t the purtiest.

    Her mom obviously misinterpreted the spare the rod and spoil the child verse by ignoring the rest of the Bible which says to love (especially one's own daughter). My own parents have told me I dishonour them when I have judged them for being hypocrites. They conveniently ignore the verse about not vexing your children.

    I am a Christian and sometimes we don't represent Jesus very well--try not to compare Him to our mistakes. In your video you mentioned destiny and you understand that you have one. I hope you will know that the Bible says that God put eternity in our hearts, He wants you to know that He has your eternity, your destiny in His hands and He knows how to show you how to get there better than anybody else--and He gives us Jesus to do that. I hope you can look past the mistakes of His servants and go to Him, He has got all of the pieces to your life:)

    • @OnlyForAngels
      @OnlyForAngels 8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      +Jack McBride Yeah great advice, go back to some others who "represent" Jesus. Maybe this time this girl won't get beaten and suffer psychological damage that will be with her for years if not forever.

    • @trblemkr1d106
      @trblemkr1d106 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +The Green Cesspool Are you saying that this problem doesn't happen in the home of atheists ? You know that's not true . The biggest problem with the Church today is , it has become like the rest of the world . I'm afraid Mr. McBride is not seeing or willing to see just how decayed the church has become . The Bible even says that what this young girls mother has done is one of the worst things a person can do . It is very specific about a parent who is so harmful that they lead a person away from God . It says it would be better that her mother had never been born . No one today likes to hear that we should not be self indulgent . In fact our country is full of narcissist who use all kinds of excuses to bring harm on others . Our government is one of the worst offenders . What this girl needs to see it there is hope , there are people who are genuinely good and care about her . Blaming religion is no more effective than saying ALL parents are bad and doing nothing to make the world better . We are great about condemning each other but , sadly very few are good at taking the time to show those who are in need any compassion . The church has failed miserably , I agree . But , the truth is AMERICA has become a selfish , me first , screw you nation that tramples on the poor and the sick . We ALL are guilty . PK

      When someone is appealing, people will be more apt to help them out. Especially women.
      Anyone can become homeless. Even someone as handsome as I. Lol
      But seriously, when I got out of the military (during Reagan's trickle on economics) I was homeless for a year and a half. I finally was able to pull myself up by my bootstraps (so to speak) and God blessed me with a home and employment and I've been prosperous ever since. This pretty young woman will get her chance hopefully and she'll be fine. She just needs a chance.

    I was homeless at 16. Me and many Lgbt teens in the mid 90s were. I spent four years traveling in absolute solitude. I met ppl but they were just passing faces. Ppl don't hire you when you don't have an address or reliable transportation. Back than they passed a law that you had to have a work permit signed by your parents and your school to work. I tried college. Didn't work out. Than I was blessed by a few good ppl giving me a leg up.

My mom's side are all christians and they are the kindest, most excepting and loving people that i know. My mom is an unbelievable person. My dad left when i was young and she has loved and cared so much for me and my brothers. She has been there for me through every hardships and many others! She follows the word of God, unlike those others who put a bad name on Christians.

    My personal believe is that when you are genuinely trying to be a good person regardless if what your religion is or if you are religious. You'll make life better for everyone and if some divine being is there to reward you after death thats cool. But you shouldn't be good to "work yourself to heaven" but because you actually want to make other creatures life better.

    if i knew i would be homeless soon, i would save up for a 3 year 24 hour fitness membership and live in there. theres showers, toilets, lockers, swimming pools, sauna, steam rooms, and weights to lift when your bored. You could meet people that could help you out in there. When your clean and fit, you have better chances of recovery than staying dirty and looking like crap.

    There are times when informing the authorities will only worsen a situation as odd as it sounds it is true. Also, most children are too scared to go to the police for help that may or may not come. Aside from that they are more afraid of the 'what if the officer can do nothing to help me' situation as it could turn into more backlash.

  • @GenerationMilitaires
    @GenerationMilitaires 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I think the worst would be hopeless AND homeless. Some people... they've no prospects at all. This can be another effect of the situation which caused them to become homeless in the first place. It can happen.
    I need to say though. She spoke a lot of sense at the end - I've thought similar things myself very recently. Fair play to her, I hope she has a bright future.

    Homelessness is something we all need to embrace. Who needs to live in an apartment? Why give everything you've got to a rich landlord? Freehoming is where it's at - shelters, group tentups , livin in rvs and /or living out of a car is the way to go. CHOOSE HOMELESSNESS - it's the way to "make it " on minimum wage. This is the Future of American anyway. The End is Near.

    With a focus on transients, homeless people, and their antithesis, the 1%, the goal of So "Suddenly Meaningless documentary" (on youtube) is to explore the similarities and differences between these two diverging sides of the social spectrum. While exploring the stories and circumstances that brought them to where they are now. And by popularizing the question "What is the meaning of life?" the movie illuminates the connections and lack of, between all individuals, and socioeconomic classes.

    And as I said, I'm naturally a violent person. I'm well aware of that, how I deal with that is by knowing that if I drink to much it can go wrong and hurt someone. And I put that power purely on myself. I know I snap easily so I find ways to relieve that tension. So in essence I all do it with self knowledge and empowerment. Almost the exact opposite of what the AA does by "switching addictions".

    People are taking this the wrong way. After working at a gas station for 8 years i've seen all kinds of homeless people! I've seen the kind who choose to live that way and actually save a TON of money! I have one homeless guy who is talking about buying his own home next year which is amazing! I have another homeless guy who used to be a teacher and does classes at the library for cheep and he grows a really long beard and looks like crap because he knows it will have people give him stuff! And i've seen the bad sides, I knew a drunk hobo who wouldn't give up booze even though if he did it would mean his family would of given him a home to live in for free for the rest of his days....there are all kinds, i've been nearly homeless myself so don't judge people in todays throw away kind of lifestyle.

    Being homesless that far north has to be some harsh shit.

    The young blonde lady describing her over the top religious parents, reminds me of the 1976 movie "Carrie." Check out the trailer to the movie; she is Carrie.

    You can't even define free will, let alone blame the state of the world on it.
