Why y’all keep tripping about who IMG plays. They only play 10 games every season with no playoffs. These boys only preparing for college, because half of them are already recruited. So they just toss teams on the schedule and compete.
bc what’s the point of practicing if you’re not gaining anything from it.. one of the ways of getting better is by playing completion of your skill and better, and if they’re running over teams that’s not benefiting them. not saying that’s all their games but they aren’t there just to waste time and pick 10 random teams to play.. it’s about competition aswell
One problem IMG has is scheduling teams. It takes two to tango, and most schools want nothing to do with IMG.

I remember the days back when Hoover use to pack that stadium out. Things have fallen off in terms of support it looks like.
Yeah theyre garbage, no excuse either a huge city with only 2 high schools. Those 10-12 gamechanger players who used to move to Hoover no longer do it. This is the real them.

@wubie stop trying so hard the facts since ive been watching they pump out some very good recruits from Chad Jackson, John Parker, Josh Chapman, Cornelius Williams and of course Marlon but dont get too haughty, the most notable player ever in their system whom they wanted to play defensive end was Jameis Winston which is why he went to Hueytown.
They have a good program no doubt ( sounding like Gus Malzahn) but their players work like a D1 FBS college so they hit their ceiling at Hoover early very few play on Sundays but of course you will likely say that does not matter and start saying all that silver spoon talk about love of the game etc. etc. truth is guys want to play on Sundays, and thats why guys leave their home and go to a IMG. So how does a whole city lose to IMG Truth is Hoover was IMG'ing the entire state because of population- take the population of 7 decent High schools and combine them plus organic recruiting that was Hoover, as a byproduct the team oughta be dominant right?. They should realize they gave birth to IMG, but not realizing scheduling exposes them.
@@MikeBNumba6 they used to move for the exposure but with camps etc they stay in the area they live in, theyve stop moving to Hoover apartments to play. Hoover players are now what they have had in the whole pipeline down to little leagues. Good players yes but seldom Gamechangers.
