In todays property tour video we explored Villa Aguila, the´´Eagles Home´´. That name was given to this spectacular home due to its unique location situated on the highest point of Monte Halcones, La Quinta (Marbella, Spain). The scene accurately presents a birds eye view of Marbella.
Ok ok, we’ve got the stunning views checked, let’s move on to the amazing mixture of a more classical Andalucia home with a twist of modernism. This home has been carefully renovated to maintain the charm of an Andalusian home, yet giving you the modern living experience. You guys have brought us some of the most high end beautiful properties, even though many are more expensive and bigger then this home I think this home is one of them perfect homes in every way. Absolutely gorgeous and a shout out to Patrick's beautiful tan" I haven't had skin that glowed like that since I worked on the farm as a teenager. Great job as always guys!!!

This masterpiece simply wipes the floor with the countless fugly soulless square glass/marble/concrete bunkers built for tasteless thugs from you know where in Marbella. Hats off to the developers, builders, designers and gardeners. They made all the right choices, preserving the andalusian exterior, blending scandinavian minimalist with american barn style interior YET managing to create a feeling of hygge. Execution close to perfection. An instant buy for me if I had the spare money right now. I'd "just" add 2 more garages/lifts, a steam room, a cold plunge, some raised beds for organic farming.
And shades for the office room windows...
Btw, Patrick is damn right about the pre-workout^^

Am surprised this house does not have a basement, though its traditional Spanish, the space underneath is wasted....need a man cave
It actually has a massssssive basement, where you can basically build another home. Just that currently it's not build
The house is nice. But I really dislike houses with gardens and pools that are road facing.
