I find that this house definitely gives value for money.
OK, the kitchen and living room inside are a bit small, but it makes up for it with the outside spaces and this super cool top roof.
One question: why don't the Marbella houses have solar panels ? I think there will be more and more customers wanting to have a neutral house (for air conditioning, heating in winter, hot water for the pool and even running water, as water can be a problem from time to time in Spain).

Nice house however on my opinion is a bit over priced considering that with a similar budget you can get a much bigger plot, internal gym, cinema room and a nice office space.
I am sure you could get a palace for that price somewhere else 😂 but what dictates real estate is “location location location” and here the location is super prime 🔥🙏
