Great workout. I haven’t exercised in almost 3 years, this workout was easy to accomplish, it has my heart rate up and I’m not totally out of breath. This is a healthy journey for me that I will conquer.

This was a great workout. I really like the longer sets. Your transitions into the exercises are great, but you’re missing the transition into the walking. At times I ended up doing the exercise move for the full minute.
