    Great workout. I haven’t exercised in almost 3 years, this workout was easy to accomplish, it has my heart rate up and I’m not totally out of breath. This is a healthy journey for me that I will conquer.

    Thank you coach Greg I loved it it was awesome and the time was good LOL it seems it takes me 20 minutes to get going and get some sweat on so I really appreciate the indoor walking routine with extras🎉🎉🎉, like to see more of these, cardio with isolating muscle stuff 😅😊❤

    GREAT workout!
    I did miss the count down or ring at the end of some of the segments. I was not always looking at the screen and was relying on the sound que.

    Great work out! Can you add cues when to walk. I miss it because I’m focusing on the exercise and not looking at the screen and miss the walking part.

    This was a great workout. I really like the longer sets. Your transitions into the exercises are great, but you’re missing the transition into the walking. At times I ended up doing the exercise move for the full minute.
