Coach Greg here, and we’ve made it to Day 10 of our 10-Day Belly Fat Blasting Workout Challenge!
Today’s workout is a focused Lower Belly Burn routine to wrap up this amazing challenge. We’re targeting stubborn lower belly fat with moves designed to strengthen your core, trim your waistline, and boost your metabolism. Let’s finish strong and celebrate how far we’ve come over the last 10 days!

Well my intentions of doing day 10 in the airport yesterday was twarted by late flights and long taxis (so I made up for no Challenge Workout with lots of running hahaha) but just finished day 10 TODAY with my grandson here in Hawaii…and I look forward to going through the rounds again
