    Great class Coach Greg! ❤❤ I really enjoyed this 10 day Ab challenge! As someone that suffers with degenerative discs in my neck, doing these exercises seated/standing made things doable! I was able to complete the daily challenges without the risk of injury! 🙌 Thank you again! ❤❤😊

    Well my intentions of doing day 10 in the airport yesterday was twarted by late flights and long taxis (so I made up for no Challenge Workout with lots of running hahaha) but just finished day 10 TODAY with my grandson here in Hawaii…and I look forward to going through the rounds again
