It's hard to find luxury houses that actually look luxurious these days. This house was stunning and very well-built. Definitely worth more than 4.5M
YOU are excellent at showing homes! I watch a lot of these types of real estate/luxury home videos. Most “hosts” do not understand the home’s features or quality of materials, or they are not descriptive. You did a great job! The home is nice, too. 🤣

I live in Tennessee about 45 minutes away. That’s a beautiful home. I love the way you present the homes. Since no pool. I would include a jacuzzi somewhere in the backyard

I like it but I think it's overpriced from all the houses that I've seen you go through. And there's no pool it is a beautiful home because I watched it again and it is absolutely gorgeous

mansion with no laundry room,,,closet with a washer dryer combo is not a laondry room and why js there no walk in closet for every bedroom,,,standard coat closets for bedrooms do not belong in a home this big yet almost every builder does same mistake...rich people have alot of cloths people not just parents
Hi Estella, there are actually 3 laundry areas in this home. The large main one by the side entrance, one in the primary bedroom, and also a small one upstairs (which is the one I think you are referencing) :) If it was only the small one, you are correct, that would be weird for a home this size. The floor plan is awesome, but the design looks too disjointed with too many different finishes and different levels of cupboards etc….my eye never rests…just too much, too busy.

All that talking and standing in the way isn't necessary. We can see it for ourselves and could be less distracted.
I'm not sure if it's only me but I stopped watching because I didn't like how I would be looking at the room, then it would flash to another angle and back and forth. I just got sick of it and I stopped enjoying the video. Other guys continue filming smoothly and it's much more enjoyable
lol this is not worth 4.5, i find house at 1.5 just the same
