The live-classes option sets Colibri apart from its competitors for sure. The access to the instructors is a big selling point as well, and I like that you can take notes within the program. John, I find it helpful when you review the courses in light of different learning styles! Great work!

Great Review! I really liked the emphasis on the amount of supports the Instructors offer. My sister in law is interested in real estate and the company seems pretty affordable!
Great video. Colibri is definitely not that expansive, plus with discount codes it becomes even more affordable! (btw, thank you for the always updated discount list). I find it crazy to think that you can attend live classes for this price. That's a huge plus. I find live classes to be far more engaging and the fact you can interact with other people in real time is very important for better learning. I just don't understand why they wouldn't implement images for visual learners, that's a major disadvantage for this platform, many people I know wouldn't buy it just for this factor and that's a pity.
those huge text-based details and not having an app just seems like a no-brainer turn off for a visual learner like me. Then again, as the detail for learning real estate is probably quite dry content wise anyway, that might not matter to those who just need that material!
I'm super pissed at Colibri at the moment. Apparently, there's a time limit on when you can finish their ENTIRE COURSE and it's 6 months. I thought it was 6 months * per class. * (There are three classes you need to take.) I finished the first class, then life got in the way, and I just found out that my current class has "expired." Now they will generously (sarcasm) let me RETAKE that entire class that I was 30% through for an additional 49 bucks. I don't get this. Why do they care how long it takes me? I paid my money -- let me finish at my own pace. Ridiculous. And doubly ridiculous in this economy to bilk busy people for more money. If they'd made this clear up front, I would NOT have signed up for their course. Additionally, the few times I've reached out to the instructors with a question, I've *never* heard back. The interface itself is extreeeeemely boring.
I am taken the post license SAE with this school, yes it’s self pace and the cost is affordable. However you don’t have access to all your courses like other school or live classes. I don’t recommend this school for post licensing you get what you pay for.
