I tried looking for your guests info in the video description but it takes me to some other kind of channel
That producing content as you speak with the people you want to help is the way. Same as recording what you do and publishing. Speak with your audience, not speak to the audience.
Find your own Niche. No matter what you think. Develop your own idea and work at it and stick with it. Also it helps to have some money that allows you to do this. Totally worth it. Seriously.
That it's okay not to edit!
Biggest takeaway is to make an “impact” and the money will follow. That resonated with me because that is all I ever wanted. As I’ve mentioned before I am comfortable financially but I feel I am called for a greater purpose by a higher power. IMPACT the name of the game.
Videos made to serve others require nothing fancy. The information you share is king.
Agreed
Please continue with the no edit trend 🙏🏾 it’s exactly what I need
Awesome
God I hate editing so much. Each 10 minute video I edit takes about 60 hours. That’s ridiculous for 100 views a video 🙃
@@kelly.nicole😂😂😂 I feel you
@@kelly.nicole I feel the same
Have you seen this episode? th-cam.com/video/zd5zOxPVXnA/w-d-xo.html
As someone who struggles with perfectionism, it is very freeing hearing that he did the videos with no editing. That piece right there helps me "just hit record"....now if I could be confident with no hair and makeup...lol
You got this !!
Lol😂
I accepted the fact when I began on yt that editing was not for me. I've never edited and have one video that has 16k views. Thanks for sharing!
Same here.i tried editing once, and I hated the process and the result.. it was also my least popular video.
Some content is better raw and real.
Congrats!!!
are you looking for editor?
This episode was full of best practices like commit to 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, read every day for an hour in the morning, use zoom and don't edit it. 12-15 minutes on a topic. "be the hub" and bring on amazing people. YES.
Yes!!
It sounds like it all comes down to providing value added content in a compelling way and be consistent with creating content.
Well said
Until algo knocks you out. Why do you think he's now doing interviews. Look at his last videos they get barely 1k views.
Not saying he wasn't doing good. But there comes a time that youtube will destriy you. When. You never know and you rely most of the time on youtube.
When people think its easy. Its not. Its high risk business.
This is so encouraging. At our movie review channel, we've gone back and forth over the years with not editing at all vs. editing in pieces of trailer and stills to illustrate what we're talking about. There's joy in the creativity, but the efficiency of making it simpler is great too. Thanks, Sean and Michael!
You're welcome. Glad you got value!
I promise Sean is the best interviewer going. He asked the questions and get to the nuts and bolts that we are asking on the "how" to do things!
He is amazing
Yes! And he doesn’t over talk guest like other interviewers. Pure professional at his craft!
I love the advice to "be the hub." I think collaboration is the most important thing that builds community and pushes us forward. Great tips and an awesome humble guy!
Wow, I feel he justifies my own news channel. I do a 5 day per week news podcast and am arranging side interviews for additional content with industry leaders in my field. With every video, I feel like my speaking skills improve a little.
Love it!! Keep going
Think Media is speaking to my current season of life. I am trying to find ways of creating content with a busy family and life. Thank you guys!
Awesome
I actually started releasing no edit videos now because of hearing stories like this!
Congrats
Your thumbnails look good!
I will start doing the same.
Super encouraging as another retired TH-cam creator! Thanks guys! 💥👏👏
Awesome
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. A trader made over $350k in this recession influenced market
I’m not into editing either. I have been able to grow my channel to almost 14,000 subscribers in six months. It’s definitely worth a try!!
Great job!!
@@OneRentalataTime Thanks so much. I’m already loving your content!
@@AccordingToTawandaappreciate that
Hey Tawanda 👀👀👀😂😂😂
@@KendraRN Hey Girl😂😂❤️
This is so encouraging to me because I started my channel 2 years ago and I know nothing about tech so I have uploaded many videos raw and hoping the content will carry them until I learn more about the editing and technical aspect. Thank you so much for your encouragement and great example!
That's honestly amazing achievement, congratulations and thanks for the insight, this is amazing content. I still remember my first proper TH-cam 'paycheck', a lot of emotions and I was so proud of myself. If it wasn't for my consistency and hard work (and a little bit of Famester), I wouldn't have made anything.
Congrats
Love these interviews with non influencers!
Me too
This is one of my favorite episodes, so much value. Thank You
So awesome
I love editing... but as someone who is just starting and trying to figure out where I'm going with my content... spending 40hrs on editing is a pain in the a$$... 🤧
For sure!!
If you just started a channel: Don't be discouraged by the initial challenges or slow growth. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is a successful TH-cam channel. Stay consistent, keep honing your craft, and believe in your idea - because with dedication and perseverance, you have the power to achieve greatness. Keep going, Champ!
Boom!!
Yes indeed!
Exactly! I personally don't do any edits because I want to share my originality and my genuine mistakes that happen during my recording.
Great conversation. I agree 100% that I love Zoom to record. I find that when I use Streamyard, I tend to over edit and it takes a lot longer. When I use Zoom, the editing is much easier and quicker.
Boom!!
The idea of outsourcing the editing process and focusing on content creation is a game-changer. It reminds us that success comes from finding your strengths and leveraging them effectively. Thank you for sharing!
I mean seriously, this man is incredible.
Very impressive presentation with the very impressive back story to anchor it home. Congratulations on your success. As a 74 year old retired chiropractor, I am impressed by your candor and deserved confidence. God bless, young man. I am thinking about signing up for your course!
Very helpful and edifying interview. I can relate to your story Michael. Walking a similar path. This conversation gave me quite some valuable tips. Thank you for your time and generosity sharing. As for Sean and the Think Media team. I am a big fan of yours. Tooks some courses already and hope to one day do a video podcast with you on my platform whenever you are in the Austin , Texas area.
If I could just cement the notion of simplicity of editing into my being, I would be able to publish so much more content! Thank you so much for constantly presenting examples of how keeping it simple with great content can still make an impact!
Awesome
Editing is so hard.I almost didn’t start because I didn’t know how to.I’m glad I just started anyway.
Nice work
Great video. Just started real estate and was wondering where or how to even begin. I love to talk about it but I’m still learning the industry and the ins and outs. This helps me at least understand how simple the process can be.
So excited that you are having Michael on your channel!! 🎉
Great interview & Look forward to meeting you in Vegas for Zubers event!
I feel free. I've been avoiding doing more TH-cam videos because I hate editing.
It is amazing!! No edits ever!!
Most important that I take away is don't fret just do! Do what I am enjoying about crafting my channel!
Thanks, I enjoyed the interview!
Some of the most profound ideas are so simple...i never considered no edit videos but the thought is quite relaxing of being ok without perfectionism...thx for the VidIQ suggestion. Subbed to you both. God bless!
I love editing. It is such a stress reliever and I can do it all day everyday.
Same. I ❤ editing too.
@@HollyHargreaves 😎👌 Nice
How long does it take to edit on average?
I just discovered you and would love to thank you for extremely valuable content!
I love this approach (and I' an editor). We need more of this.
This was sooooo much information... Totally unexpected. Great stuff!
Awesome
Beautiful episode! Definitely going to go follow and subscribe to all the things with this brilliant creator!
Wow!! Thank you
Love raw and real. Editing takes so much time
Topic of the video is very helpful. Please be continue. Thank you for this idea.
Great interview, I got alot of gold nuggets out this interview🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Awesome
Man as a video editor this is actually genius! Press record, talk, upload. Man I wish I could have this method for my ideas lol
LOL. Yeah but I feel many who are entertaining can get away with it but many others seem not to be able to!!
It is awesome
Great podcast! I love the simplicity of his workflow!
Thank you so much
@@OneRentalataTime You're quite welcome!
This video is golden wisdom. Low profile extreme value ... Love it.
Very inspiring, keeps me pumped to try it too. Its a shame gaming gives very little ad revenue so have look for more revenues or quantity of content has to go up a lot.
just stream the gameplay
So much value in just 39 mins, incredible, thank you guys! 💯
Awesome
Thank you for creating this and sharing it for all of us who have little editing skills but want to share knowledge and information with the TH-cam viewers..
No edits rock!! Record, upload, all done
Best guest you’ve had. Thank you
Wow thank you
Nice to see Michael Zuber here, I've watched his videos many times. I'm wondering how I originally found him......Was it here in the Think Media Podcast comment section?
tHanks for the video
This is great info for someone like myself that was recently monetized. I found this video via that type of search on TH-cam. I had a single video that the algorithm grabbed and sky rocketed to 140k views. This propelled my to 1400 subs from 40. Thanks for the informative video. You got a new sub from me
Congrats
CONGRATULATIONS! I'm a new youtuber...three weeks in. Does monetization come only after 4000 views on ONE video or all videos total. Also do you need 4000 views and 1000 subscribers or only one or the other. Thanks! God bless you and your channel!
@@godisgood5038you need 4000 watch time hours in 1 year and overall 1,000 subs.
Great content, great info, very informative, and great vid. Thank you both. You both have a new “subscriber” 🙌🏼
Thank you so much
Real advice that we needed to hear. Thanks guys 🎉
No edit. I HAVE to try this. 🧡 Such an inspiration!
Real advice that we needed to hear.thank you ❤
Great interview. Man, I lived that exact life as a shadow real estate investor for 40 years while working through a 33 year career as a senior software engineer. It wasn't the engineering job that enabled me to retire but my real estate. Based on my desire to not have to concern myself with tenant issues anymore, I started cashing out of my small real estate portfolio when I retired from my engineering career, and switched gears to an it's only me and my skills life of trading currencies. From that, I started a small following TH-cam channel which I just published my 400th video on (March of 2024), and enjoying life. For sure I'll be buying Michael's book as I still follow the real estate market as once that's in your blood, you have such a passion for it that it's a life interest and not a job, or even a hobby. Another great Think Media interview!
Very inspiring. Great conversation.
Awesome
You mentioned making money from “Adsense” can someone explain what that is and do you have to have videos uploaded for this? Is it a paid marketing technique?
My TH-cam consultation fee is $50 per hour. $25 per half hour
Loved this episode, listened through to the end!
Thank you so much
Michael and Sean, thanks for more great content. Sitting here at my desk and prepping for another video. Such great creator gold in this video. Be thoughtful about your spending. Invest wisely for continuing cashflow. Seek outside help when it saves you time and allows you to focus on your core skills. Create your own financial vehicle. Continue to put out the content without judging the early efforts. Super interview. Nick
More to come!
Well said
I respect your choice to use primes but it’s a personal preference thing. I shot weddings with primes and understood my shots and settings fine. The game changer for me was the 35-150 f2-f2.8 Tamron. You carry two cameras and four lenses, I carry one camera (I have a backup) and two lenses. The 35-150 and a 24 f1.4.
I’m not saying my way is better or knocking yours. But you can get great results either way.
I just purchased the kindle version of Michael Zuber's book. Can't wait to dive in!
Wow thank you
@@OneRentalataTime My absolute pleasure : )
Hey Sean! Do you recomend a channel for shorts and another for long format?
This was fun. The added plus was transitioning from speaking about channel details to a little about the content of the channel itself.
Good luck to everyone!
Thank you
The pleasure is mine, Please say nice things to The Lumberjack Landlord for me.@@OneRentalataTime

DO WHAT YOU LOVE
and share it to the world theres always a niche of people that will resonate with you
Exactly
Hi Louise! You mentioned hashtag tools for LinkedIn. Can you please share your favs? Thanks 😀
"Without editing" always fascinates me - best real estate case study I've seen was a broker who would shoot clips for Instagram by handing the phone to someone and only using AirPods for audio. It can be done! Great video, thank you.
thanks for that wonderful messages. GOD Bless you both.😶
I gained a lot of insight from this presentation
Thank you for sharing this story! I am going to try making some videos with no editing and see what happens! Im inspired! Thanks!
Great job!! So much faster and I find it stress free
I’m defo not convinced this dude only spends 3hrs a day of his hustle.
Why?
well, he didn’t factor in:
calls, emails, accounting, PR, marketing, book writing/ selling, communicating with designer, and on it goes.
And, though he said he doesn’t count research as part of his work time, well, clearly it is.
I said 3 hours , 5 days a week on youtube I believe
Excellent content, guys. I think alotnof people need to gear this....Love it !!!
I agree
LOVE THIS INTERVIEW ❤
These successful people stories are people already with skills and curiosity that many don't possess.
So many nuggets but I love at the end when Mike says nobody watches your first 100 videos. That is so true. Don't give up.
Exactly
God richly bless you 🙏 🙌 ❤ from The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Comment & Question: enjoyed this talk. And, it caused me to move forward with my first video. Reason being; you mentioned live-streaming into YT with Zoom. And, I’m way better at going live versus pre-recording and uploading. So, I did it! But, the problem is that on my TH-cam profile it saves under a tab called “livestream” versus in my videos. And, that could be a problem because usually people only look at people’s videos not livestreams, well at least me. Any guidance on this?
This is Awesome!
Im building my brand also with my steelers
Wonderful
Finally sat to watch the video. Thanks for the upload.
Nice
telling people about money and how to do youtube videos as well as making money on youtube channels are a given that people are going to subscribe. it's great that he is able to grow but i want to hear from those who have the other kinds of channels like storytellers, non-gaming channels, non cooking channels. things out of the norm.
yes!
Thank you
Certainly Interested, Very Informative.
Amazing interview!
Thank you so much for watching
This was a great episode. 😊

@@OneRentalataTime you're welcome
( Does anyone cover the topic of how to be a good channel watcher? ie I let commercials play unless they are pharmaceutical or long programs dumped in over my what I was trying to watch. Do comments help the channel we are watching? What happens if I need to pause the video....for hours? etc etc?)
Can you fix the description? TH-cam tag to his channel doesn’t work

Loved the interview, very inspirational! Even though I am not in the US the prediction at the end was very insightful. We have a saying, if the US sneezes the rest of the world gets a cold.
Thank you
It was already said at the beginning that he works in real estate, he's written books, he already has a name for himself. It would be great if we could find someone who really came from nothing at all.
He did come from nothing. He has to build all of that brick by brick. 🧱
Please take the time to watch your video again. The man already had a platform, books, and everything he needed to succeed. Interview someone who started from nothing, had to learn brick by brick how to use social media, didn't have anyone to help them out, and had to fail a million times to succeed. In my opinion, that is what brick-by-brick success is all about.
why don’t you interview Hassan? He’s a big TH-camr. look him up. he said he’s come from nothing, he had no help.
Thanks fam, this helped a brotha
