Currently I have only 12 subscribers. So many times I am asking myself what I am doing wrong. You Tube became such a major factor in my routine. I am totally obsessed because I like the idea and also want to share the knowledge which I have. So dear new creators, never give up and keep going. Honestly I was ready to completely hate on what David was about to say but then...I LISTENED. Dude made some really good points. Although I wouldn't suggest using all of his methods and practices, some of his practices are clever, not all are for everyone. But some people could take his advice and find success with it. At the end of the day, not every path is for everyone. Take your time and listen before you judge. One thing I must critique is that what he is sharing/doing is NOT TH-cam Automation, it is outsourcing production, specifically, TH-cam Outsource Production which is no different than many major production studios. Automation is a hot topic so it makes sense why he used that term but its a false representation of his practice. He is outsourcing production which is a smart business move but it will cost. So if you can afford it, do it. Best of luck to everyone.
I did something similar to this with a friend that collect toys, he didn’t have the vision but I did and I also knew how to edit videos. I stepped away because I noticed he seemed to not understand our partnership, so i showed him how to do everything and I kept it moving! I’m never doing that anymore with anyone unless I’m getting paid because people get greedy. But like the gentleman said in the video when the creative person is removed the channel won’t be what it could have been because that person brought it to life. Also doesn’t mean it won’t grow it just might be slow which is the best case scenario
contracts..even the person is your best buddy. Always sit down and map out at the start what one person is resonsible for and the other person is responsible for. Also delegation of power..mean one person has control of say marketing..while the other person has control of the content skit. Everyone has a voice but that person delegated when the time of the contract has final say. I might be a wiz at market on social channels..Jim is the brain behind the content. Jim can tell me to market on rumble but i get final say where to distribute it because thats my delegation. I might have a funny idea and pitch it to Jim but its on Jim to actually use it as its his area of expertise..no stepping on other toes.
This video feels disconnected from your usual audience. Nobody here is going to hire and pay someone full time to make content. Even if someone did do this, the pay is almost always lower than minimum wage and undervalues video editors.
I know someone who spent thousands of dollars doing this, buying already monetized channels, hiring people to make videos and in the end got nowhere. He is from Germany.
I expect better from Think Media than promoting some millionaire lifestyle scammy course 'creator'. If he is legit why no links to any of his TH-cam channels or which video blew up to 500k views? His IG is just posing with luxury cars, typical millionaire course scammer content. No proof in this pudding.
Because if he gives his channel. He loses revenue and the neiche he is in get saturated. There a gentleman named Noah morris. Does the same things but he gave away one of his channels
its crazy how a person makes $5000 on a TH-cam channel with his second video without Passing the 4000 watch hours or 1000 Subscribers to get the channel monetized in the first place.
It seems like a lot of people have never had this success. If someone gets 500k views on their second video, they can probably get monetized while the video is still shooting up, and start generating ad revenue from the same video. If a video does that well, it’s easy to get thousands of subscribers IMMEDIATELY. I’ve done it many times on my own channel. 4000 watch hours is not as daunting as YT makes it seem… especially if a video is lengthy (which gaming vids usually are).

Please do not promote these kinds of 'creators.' They are essentially content farms that upload an excess of extremely poor-quality content, often lacking originality. Typically, they are demonetized for reusing content, which is why they frequently resort to selling 'courses.' TH-cam promotes them because they mass-produce bad videos. Many niches are encountering issues due to this.
I agree. TH-cam “automation” isn’t content that TH-cam was made for. This is a platform where you share your passion and it becomes successful. These ai videos are all the same. I love think media but I don’t care for TH-cam automation.

This should somehow be banned by TH-cam: there is plenty of people trying to bust their asses off to create something valuable, while this just add noise to the already fragmented and info overflowed platform. It adds no more value than a chat with chatGPT. It just brings distrust on the entire platform on the same level of bad written self-help books made just for ripping moneys.
I’m a full time TH-camr who definitely provides a lot of value in my videos and I have absolutely no problem with automated channels. I don’t understand why people are always so intimidated by these sort of things. It doesn’t undermine anything. It’s not like making a car, a wooden stool or any material product. Making a creative work in this way is not smarter: is soulless. And as a consumer I’d prefer not being forced to be careful in what I step in (in the same way we’re forced by spam, phishing, intrusive adv etc.)

I started youtube back in April 2022. yes if you video do well you get paid but he stated that he make de money right away and that's not true your first have to meet the qualification through, back then 1000 subs and 4 thousand hours of watch time, you apply for the partner program wait for their response and a pin on the mail. after that you start accumulating after the approval it takes time.... Yes you make good money if you focus the most I make was $1,090 a month so far because I am building my brand still and learning! but people make it seem so easy and that way a lot of us get discourage because we start comparing the "fast" growth of others who are claiming overnight success and we ask god whats happening to us. We need to be a little more realistic.
the best faceless YT channel: JCS Criminal Psychology. Excellent content with depth and knowledge. They pretty much created their own genre. TH-cam itself killed it, because of content policy etc. Now "JCS inspired" channels are everywhere but they really suck.
But there are many instances of where someone played the "producer" let others do all the work and just took over later by themselfes, so this "technique" absolutely can be abused and used to make TH-cam a worse platform.

"horses for courses", I suppose, but this feels a bit incomplete to me.
Ok, I don't want to be an asshole here but he starts a new channel, his first video had 100 views and his second video half a million views and made him 5000 dollars. This means that with his first video he gained 1000 subs and 4000 watch hours in order to get monetized? This seems pretty unlikely? What am I missing here?
David sold you on some junk. Hiring some one full time requires money let alone two or a whole team. He attempting to appeal to people who dont really want to make content just want the money. How are you even able to vet the content if you know NOTHING about it, anime is a diehard group of fans and just because you gained their view doesnt mean youve gained their respect or true adoration. David sold you on some junk. Hiring some one full time requires money let alone two or a whole team. He attempting to appeal to people who dont really want to make content just want the money. How are you even able to vet the content if you know NOTHING about it, anime is a diehard group of fans and just because you gained their view doesnt mean youve gained their respect or true adoration.
