Sis you just helped me drop my load. am not yet a mother but one who Cary family on her head but still not appreciated, to me your message is not just for mothers but to everyone who needs it. truly people can always move on with or without. I was going through depression this afternoon and I come across this video thank you so much. I’m relieved I can feel my strength to move on without family’s congratulations to me❤❤❤🥂

This syndrome is called the “black tax” that is a never ending payment yet one is never appreciated by the so called family members. You are only remembered when they need something.

I was a clingy baby when I was little. My aunties were praying that my kids torment me as I did my mom😂 ( imagine bad belle). My kids did same but my last baby who is 2 now showed me yellow pepper😅. Just like Chineyewa, we did number 2 together and many other things. My case became bad for me because unlike my first 2 kids, I had alot of help from my mom and siblings. I lost my mom when I was pregnant, my hubby was transferred far from us 😢. This became OYO for me. I had no option but to take her to school(crèche) at 10moths and guess what, my little human became so excited to enter her school premises. I would be sent a video of her playing and even struggling to eat on her own. Me that will be crying when I drop her. Omo that is how I learnt to adjust myself. When she comes back, she follows me bumper to bumper but now I don't stress myself too much again.

Why am I crying after watching this video? You’ve just reminded me of my daughter. When she was born I was privileged enough to be a stay at home dad for 3 years. From the morning to the time she went to bed I was by her side. We did library story times, bush walks or something everyday. She’s 9 now and we are still inseparable. I relate to your experiences sis’

It’s good for babies, toddlers to go to daycare. It helps their learning. I was the same when I was in middle and high school in Sierra Leone. I love children, I used to teach kids in the neighborhood during vacation. I eventually became a teacher. When I relocated I taught for some years and later became a Children’s Librarian. I deal with babies, toddlers and kindergartners doing English, French, and Spanish Story time. I love it. I like seeing parents and caregivers with their babies and toddlers watching me reading and singing rhymes for the kids. It’s amazing. Your daughter will get use to her colleagues, playing games together.

Children sense a person's vibe, spirit, personality, charisma more than grown ups really. They might not know what's called but they gravitate to a person/parents vibe not words. They are a blessing from above though! They best things is to learn to let go,that's the best thing you can do for them.Sending you love beautiful queen Neze.❤Cheers.
