- The purpose of this video is to make people aware about the fact that such scam exists. So please don’t pay money without looking at the place. It can happen with anyone or with any company. I just hope this helps.
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I had to go through while looking for a place in Bangalore. But during this experience, I got to know that there are many people who got scammed by the same company. The amount may be small to an individual but they’re doing this to so many people out there and it’s just not fair!
I don’t wanna name the company because they might file a defamation case but if you’re seeing this, I WANT MY MONEY BACK THANKS!
PS: the level of frustration increases minute by minute. Just wait till the end!

I think you should file a PIL against that said stupid company and then they will be pressurised and also there are chances that they give a refund to all the people who were scammed.
At first I was just scared to put this story out. Now that I’ve done the first step let’s hope I find the courage to do that too!

Jo aa company scam kre che to dont be afraid of defamation case name the company, case ma eno b scam bre avse n to e case kai rite karse.
this scam has been going on since covid. I also faced this through nobroker but fortunately i found something was fishy and didn’t pay this 2k token amount. then i complained about this to nobroker about such listings but they didn’t take any action. Its becoming massive scam and perhaps police is aslo not taking actions as there are thousands of people getting scammed everyday

Students and employees should stop migrating to bloody Bangalore. Bangalore is a cursed and jinxed place. Bangalore only destroys people. Karnataka people are very money minded and people's health and emotions have no value in karnataka. PGs are the most unhygienic in bangalore and dangerous. They look posh but are not safe. Indian government should give employees jobs in their respective cities and home town. Bangalore has no resources to accommodate employees and students.

Haha,, I had a similar experience where I booked a room for 2k and then when I reached the property..The flatmate with whom I was going to share the flat..he said his friend is coming so he needs the room and he didn't allow me to enter the flat...I called the salesperson and informed him about the situation...He then had a call with the guy and eventually they had a quarrel over the phone where the flatmate threatened that if the salesperson lets me enter the room ..he will do a police complaint..I was confused and as I was alone so when I heard that I immediately told them fuck it...give me my 2k back ..I am leaving right now...The guy paid me 2k and I left..
