People usually won't share this kind of information as it creates further competition for your success. I truly appreciate your efforts mate. Hopefully our paths converge in the future
I’ve always been into analyzing football and your channel is one of the only ones that I actually feel like communicates the points across clearly so anybody can understand it.
My dream is became a manager at a highest level. The only fear about it I'll never be a professional player, tbh I don't really know that would affect my chances. Now I am 18 and I am thinking about the grassroots course as soon as possible but the Hungarian Football Federation is awful in this regard. Ever since I decided that I'll be a manager, I started to analyse games and think a lot about tactics and the topic and because of that my game understandance and intelligence has developed a lot. Your story is instructive and I can't wait to start my journey 😄
@@nevemanevem Im in the same boat as you man. Im 17 turning 18 in 8 days and i want to be a coach/manager or analyst in the future. Im in Australia and my dad is the coach for the main team for a semi pro team called Dulwich Hill FC a portuguese club. Im going to a sports college next year and will learn more about coaching in a much broader aspect. I wont be a pro footballer but im going to try get my licenses as soon as possible. Hope u make it man.
@@patsoccer010 It's so nice to hear about someone who shares the same ambition as I do :D I went in the direction of IT. I wish you good luck and I hope you make it too 🙏 Fun fact, I'll be 20 in 6 days 😅
@ haha glad ur in IT and have the managing/analyst stuff on the side. I was always thinking of IT as I’ve loved technology when I was little but since I’m going to the sports college now my only route is sports management. So hopefully I find something there and then later on become some sort of football analyst or coach in the higher leagues. But never seen someone who was the same age I will be turning soon with the same exact ambition it’s crazy. Anyway Good luck to you with ur footballing future 🤞🏽 Maybe u have an Insta or something I can add u on?
Loved the video. Makes sense why your videos are so good lol This was the video I needed years ago when I couldn't play anymore but was still wanting to be involved in football. I lost a lot of passion for football since then but coming across your videos has rekindled that love. Best of luck to you
Well done! Your videos have provided great insight to this grassroots youth coach. Loved this more personal video and the penny dropped why you’re so adept as pronouncing foreign team names. Anyway, really fascinating stuff and well done on hitting 100,000 subs.
Congratulation to you..I have followed you all this while and I use your analysis to analyse me teams and coaching ..you and football meta have been such a plus to me..Thanks always
This finally explains so much about the quality of your content. I had mistaken you for the longest time as just another football enthusiast with 'an opinion' that seemed to be pretty spot on - sharing your background makes it all fall into place now. You have been my greatest source of filling my lack of understanding the finer details while keeping wording and explanations on a very to-the-ground level. Thank you!
@FootballMeta I'm a data analytics UG student who has recently discovered this world of football, and I do have skills in both tech and design, which I've used as a freelancer. Your videos were the ones which help me learn football from different perspectives, and also opening up a world where I can utilise my skills to the max. While we don't have many football clubs as far as I've seen in India, I do hope to do some analysis as a project one day for sure in some sport, preferably football, badminton or cricket, as a side project for my own gratification and experience.
This was really helpful. I've always wanted to be a scout but match analysis has become more and more appealing. I'd like to do both. I'm moving to Slovenia next month and I'm hoping the lower profile of teams will give me an entry point to start doing this.
Great stuff mate this came at the perfect time for me thanks 👍 I’m hoping to start my TH-cam channel soon and find a team who will let me analyse for them when the next season starts
Wow, very inspiring! Would love to be able to see your further development! Not many people share their career info but this definitely shows a solid background! Cheers!🎉
Thank you for this video! I've learned so much from your channel. Good Luck and keep up the excellent work. I've been coaching my son's U8 team and going through the process of getting my USSF Coaching badges which has caused my to day dream about transitioning into some sort of analyst role with a club. This is great advice on how it all works. Cheers.
Great video - many thanks (and for all the other videos). I've been playing my whole life but have only started coaching (my daughter's team) in the last few years, which has required a lot more match analysis and tactical thinking than I ever did as a low-level amateur player. Videos like yours have been really valuable at helping me develop this part of my love of the game. Grazie!
I really didn't expect to hear that you are italian 😂 normally we don't speak english so well. Amazing channel btw, wish you all the best for your career 😊

@@FootballMeta I would love if you made a video or gave me some reference on how to analyse a football match from start to the end. Going to try out and create some material for local clubs here in Brazil, I feel like we can have more of this analysis herel, even with smaller clubs (today, we see it only in the biggest clubs, Serie A/B, wich makes me wonder: why?). Thank you for that!

Incredibile vedere tanta qualità ed informazioni valide in un unico video. Spero di riuscire presto ad iscrivermi al “corso allenatori dilettanti regionali” per immettermi nel giro delle juniores. Consigli?

the text messages to and from the Local Clubs.... hilarious...the whole video has subtle jokes, thanks for making us laugh while inspiring other analysts ans general enthusiasts at large. i do have a question that have always bothered me for a while now, seeing how the teams train during practice sessions using cones and routines, how is the final 11 selected, is this also metric based or there are other ideas or analytics behind it, like historical matches...?

The way he says the names of Italian players is a dead giveaway 😂 I thought the first step was going to be "Make sure you know English"
I’m guessing you grew up supporting ATALANTA?
You should use single quotation marks when paraphrasing a quote
It makes sense that you’re a full time analyst, no wonder the quality of your videos have been insanely good even when you had less than 10K subs
I hope Football Meta can become a manager in the future and we can have a video, " How to get started as a football manager "
