Can you please tell me what settings you used on the thermomix? Just bought one after watching your video and this is one of the first things I want to make.
Hi Darren, it’s no special programme. I just set it to 80°C and I think I used speed 6. Let it come to temp and then add the “head sauce” and run it for a minute or two. And that’s it. Good luck 👍
