You for sure don’t have to, you can however if it disturbs you. I like them rustikal like this, this is how they normally get served in beach restaurants along the Algarve coast 👍
The best part is that really white creamy part, the bottom part of the Razorclam can be very gritty, and not eatible just full of sand. Görggött om det rätt tillagat.
What are your favourite clams and let us also know how you like to cook them 👍
Thanks
Thank you 🙏
Yum I'd need about 30 though lol love my food 💯
I know, 30, easy 😊 Thanks for watching and commenting!
Thx for the recipe 🔥
My pleasure Ryan, thank you for your comment!
Do you not have to degut them? I saw some that looked like this that have gills and guts you cut off. Or do these types do not have any? Great video😁👍

@ChrisNilsonGorgott their guts can contain a lot of send and bacteria too. It's risky eating them without degutting them first.
Great and simple recipe! Thanks!
Glad you liked it A.! Thank you 🤗
Thank you a lot! Your video is the best one. Now I will try to cook)
Thank you Diana, I’m sure it will turn out perfect 👍
What kind of pan do you have?
The one I’m using here is a de Buyer, but works with any kind of pan 👍
Is the whole razor clam edible or do you need to cut a part off?
Some like to cut off the tips, but I like to eat the whole thing 😉👍 Each to his own 👍
I’ve seen people clean these out. Is it’s not necessary?
You can do that for sure, but it is not necessary!

Fully agree with you Per-Arne, these were well rinsed without sand in them, luckily 👍
no salt?
Na, not really needed, the Razor Clams and the water in them are salty enough themselves.
