Hello! Love your videos ! I have a question : I can't really find confort options for the seat on the Scram. As it has the same frame as the Himalayan, is it possible to use upgraded Himalayan seats on the Scram ? Thank you !
Keep thinking should I get a scram, and after seeing that video its made me think even harder, the bikes looks great a all round every day bike. Keep the Videos coming.
Test ridden a scram mid November gotta say it was brilliant loved the ease of handling & the way it filtered thru urban traffic was easy & a joy! Opened it up on a short hop on motorway & was no problem at all(tho it wasn’t that busy!) & kept it at 70 for a few miles, duel carriage way was easy! Wonderful bike! Just for the record it was the same colour as yours & looked terrific! Gotta say you’ve done a great job on yours👍🏻Well done!
What a fantastic looking bike. Excellent upgrades to your Scram, you obviously have an eye for detail and look after your bikes. Almost a shame to use it as your winter hack!! Subscribed and look forward to future vlogs. I have the Meteor 350 and have recently traded in my Halcyon Grey Classic 350 for the new 'Signals' Classic 350. Love Enfield singles and may well look at a Scram next having already owned the Himalayan. Have a good Christmas and new year.👍🙂
Hi and many thanks for subscribing. Saw the Signals at the NEC they really do look the part though I love my Halcyon Green. Have a good Christmas yourself all the best 👍🏻
Hi Jason I did but I couldn’t swear that it wasn’t a bit psychological….you know that self affirming phenomena when you fit new kit and expect an improvement….I’m sure there was but not “dramatic”
Thanks for the informative intro and the explanation about the upgraded front brake pads. The bike looks fantastic and is a credit to your hard work. I wasn`t sure about the colour scheme, when I first saw the promotional video for the Scram 411 but I love the look of your bike now. 👍
Cracking looking bike, I bought an Interceptor last year and absolutely love it, hope to get another RE next year but just can't single out the Scram or the Himi 🤔
Lovely video. I too have a Interceptor and a Scram - both thanks to watching TAYM. The Classic 350 is a management decision too far...but I'm working on it 🙂
@@thebingleywheeler They are lovely too. For me the Scram is a practical commuter, covering a mix of roads including some rather grotty Cornish back roads, covered in farm debris and potholed. As you can imagine, the Scram really has the edge over the Classic!
The main difference of the scram version is more road friendly, but lacks the gauge cluster of the original version . You can add a wind screen and panniers.
Love what you’ve done to your Scram! I’m still waiting for mine to arrive. Out of interest what is the name of your Garmin mount? Keep up the informative posts thanks from a Yorkshire ex-pat.
Hi great to hear from a fellow Yorkshireman. The Garmin mount is a standard ram mount which fits to the kit supplied with the Zumo here is the link Aluminium 1" Ball Mount Adapter,... www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09DSN4YDG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Looks great! Thinking about getting one and just doing a changed exhaust. (Might not bother as thinking about the next Himi and Sup Meteor) Need to see what I need in order to take a tent on the back. Am guessing you dont need the side panniers or?
Thank you so much for your continued support Jim…..since covering the Enfields earlier this year I’ve virtually doubled subscriptions though to be fair I’ve also been posting more since going back into retirement 👍🏻
I like the idea of these Hymalayan/Scram things but I just keep coming back the fact...they have gutless motors and crap brakes !! And yes I've rode both, just reminded me of an old Armstrong MT500 I used for 15 years , great utilitarian do all bike but the lack of forward momentum and useless drum brakes seen me have enough of it in the end...bought an XJR1300 SP.
This gentleman has used the scram as a canvas and shown his own creation. Very beautiful
Thank you sir 🤝
Es una Scram 411 muy inspiradora. Maravillosa! Felicitaciones.
What a lovely bike ❤❤❤ . Thank you for showing your creative modes.
Most welcome sir 👍🏻
Looks the business for sure. 😊 Thank you for the mention, very much appreciated 😊 Great video, thank you😊
Cheers buddy keep up the good work 👍🏻

Just get the Scram seat re upholstered by a good seat guy that’s the best way to go
@@thebingleywheeler I found this th-cam.com/video/C7ZMZdVNXjM/w-d-xo.html Beautiful black scram with taste 😉
That's really cool and great vidz my friend. Keep it up and more vidz to come. Stay Safe and healthy always my friend.
Many thanks for those kind words and swill do 👍🏻
Good job well done ..
Cheers John appreciate that 😎👍🏻
What a well kitted out bike it looks great I may go for a few of them extras on mine 👍
Cheers yes the only extras I ditched were the grip puppies and the handlebar brace (which got in the way of fitting the screen) 😊👍🏻
Just found your channel, really enjoying it and have subscribed
Thank you Peter that is very much appreciated 😊👍🏻
Excellent job! Just picked-up a Scram and looking for some touring mods. This is very helpful. Many thanks!
Thank you you are most welcome

Thank you for those kind words very much appreciated…..if you buy one from new just be sure to run her in gently first….you won’t regret it 😀👍🏻
It reduces the squeak noise in rainy days

I want to buy a 350 Signals then put the 500 Pegasus paint job on it.. 🎉
Hi there TBW,
Did you notice anymore performance once the air filter and end can were changed?

Thank you for those kind comments….it’s a great bike and so easy and relatively cheap to upgrade 👍🏻

Watch a video coming soon . My Himalayan versus TBW Scram. It might help you one way or the other.
Love my Interceptor too but she doesn’t get out in winter 😀
Hey up Dave, great video. Congratulations on your growing channel. You’ll be presenting breakfast TV next. 😊
Ha ha I’m not a Tory apologist so they wouldn’t have me 😂
What about the tank protector, please. Just purchased the same exact bike, color & everything
It’s the BMW tank protector for the R nine T
Great Work
wondering why you didnt opt for Himalayan ???
I nearly did actually 😂
Lovely video. I too have a Interceptor and a Scram - both thanks to watching TAYM. The Classic 350 is a management decision too far...but I'm working on it 🙂
Thank you sir personally I rate the Classic above the Scram just because of its old school vibe 😊

Subbed. Because, I'm going to buy one of the scram and turned it to an adventure bike as well. That would suit me.
Thank you and it’s a great project 👍🏻
I enjoy your content. I'll watch just about anything on the RE brand.
Thank you sir 😊👍🏻
Nice looking bike, looks just like a Himalayan, wondering why not just buy one of them in the first place.
When you see them side by side they are very different 👍🏻
The main difference of the scram version is more road friendly, but lacks the gauge cluster of the original version . You can add a wind screen and panniers.
Can you send me the link for your screen please I have Google it but can't find it , the model of the screen would be great
Sorry I bought it second hand from eBay
What exact windscreen model is it? The ebay link doesn’t work
Puig universal

Did you sell the Scram, Bingley? Nick
Yes Nick long time ago now
Looks great! Thinking about getting one and just doing a changed exhaust. (Might not bother as thinking about the next Himi and Sup Meteor)
Need to see what I need in order to take a tent on the back. Am guessing you dont need the side panniers or?
Side panniers not essential but give you lots of convenient carrying capacity 👍🏻
@@thebingleywheeler Ok thanks need to do some research. (Am ok with a backpack plus tent etc..never done it so am finding out how its done).
No easier bike to find out on than the Scram 😀
@@MauriceTarantulasI use a 66ltr ocean pack attached with bungee cords.. Cheap and effective 🎉
@@Plough78 Have a 50l roll bag. Wasnt quite big enough so use a 30l rucksack also...just about to test.
Cuánto dinero se te fue en todas las modificaciones.?
Muy poco porque tengo un descuento 😂😂😂
