I firmly believe that the buttons you use to restart / shut down should be physical and hard wired to finish the task of shut down irrespective of other factors

Looks like a thicker camera bump too, just what everyone wanted. Weird Samsung figure out how to make camera that is thin enough for the phone to lay flat in a standard case. Apple is losing their minds to appease people that are pretending to photographers with iPhone cameras. They will never be ‘pro’ cameras like people try to make them out to be. They will never look as good as a full frame camera with high end lenses. When with the bump stop growing thicker? They might as well have an interchangeable lens mount, at least normal users could have a flat phone.
U forgot the A18 chips which will have hardware integrated AI and a much better multicore performance + about 30% better GPU performance with Vapor chamber (Wont get hot, much more stability)
It will have better battery life due to the new Chip, new generation of the IOS, and Ai tech
And obviously camera improvements

Wish they would come with the wine red variant now. That's a pretty good color.
I like the gloss finish compared to the matte finish in the 15 pro's as the premium look can justify the price.. Just my point of view..

Removing natural titanium is also a step back, any scratch will be more noticable.
I think that all buttons will be pressure sensitive, but only the calorie one will new able to sense touch hence why the cutout is only for it.
I was going to upgrade from 13 pro max to the 15 pro max last year but I’m glad that I decided to wait. I’ve had my 13 pro max since December of ‘21 and I can’t wait for the 16 pro max

man, my iphone 12 pro max is still going great, almost had it for 4 yrs n still gets full day battery life n the features are so similar to the new models.... would be interested as to what AI features apple will bring as an exclusive to iphone 16 but if they are anything like samsungs offerings i might go another year or two before upgrading....

Am I the only one who knows that capacitive buttons are a terrible idea. Not only does it force cases to have a gap but how often will you accidentally press that button just by holding your phone. I’m already annoyed with the random lock-screen trying to change while my palm rubs against the screen 😑
I will return to the iPhone when the Notch shrinks to a mini dot like on my s23 ultra, I am already excited for the larger screen 6.9”, so 17 or 18 editions.

I think everyone is wrong, all the buttons will be capacitive but different. The power, volume, and action buttons will be like those on the AirPods Pro, and therefore not usable with only one hand, except for the new camera button which is poorly placed. This design will allow for multiple levels of pressure, as well as focusing and zooming.
How many of these design leaks will make a difference because your iphone goes into a protective case in any case.
I got a iphone 11 and am super happy with it .
Probably my favorite iPhone model. Sleek, rounded edges...beautiful form-factor and a bunch of colors to choose from.
I opted for the mint green color.

A Capacitive capture button sounds like a terrible idea. Gloves will render it useless and you can already use the volume buttons to take a picture
