So phenomenal, beyond anything I have ever heard of seen before in my long life. There is everything there in all of Dmitri's performances, in his appearances. It is magical. it is mesmerizing. It is grandiose. It is like living the moment in a dream.

Loved, immensely, this performance of Dmitri Alexandrovich in Japan. What is slightly different is that the Maestro, here, was simply best too. The build-up to the crescendo was magnifficentTo hear Dmitri Alexandrovich is a highly emotional experience. But to hear and see him is something from a dreamland. In my long life, thankfully, I have found someone from a dream world. A person whose deliverance in music does not have a parallel in existence.
The best and greatest singer in his field. Something like that will be difficult or inpossible to replace.
Thank god I’ve lived long enough to hearDmitri. Have never heard anything as perfect and beautiful as is his voice. I’m 75 and thank god for his voice!!!

The published key of Core 'Ngrato is E-flat, intended for tenor, and the top note is B-flat. Hvorstovsky sings in only a tone lower, in D-flat and his top note is an astonishing A-flat, and he intones it with full sonority, as if it were easily within his tessitura.
The Last note is c# for tenor wtf
Hvorostovsky had many excellent A flat 4s. He usually interpolates one in the cadenza of Avant de Quitter ces Lieux for example.
