31 One Arm Pull Ups- Uncut Training Session (2022)

  • I did as many one arm pull ups as I could in 1 training session. 31 reps in 32:07. I did no not count the last 2 reps and an additional rep prior. This is the uncut footage of that session with a bonus set of muscle ups, bar dips, and pull ups at the end to finish out the training session. This bonus set was cut-to after a few minutes rest following my one arm pull up session.
    Some people said the original video I posted was not real and that I edited it to seem like I did more in a shorter period of time, so this is why I am posting the entire one arm pull up session. Interestingly, after reanalyzing the session duration, I completed it 10 seconds faster than I had initially stated.
    The goal was not to have perfect form, but to build a lot of volume.
