- How to Loom Knit for Beginners, Part 2: Getting Your Project Off the Loom / Binding Off
This video demonstrates how to get your project off the loom. Once you have finished loom knitting the number of rows you want - or you have the project the length you desire, it is time to complete it by removing it from the loom. We also want to lock our stitches to secure our work so they won't unravel or pull apart.

A yarn needle is needed to remove the loom knitted project from the loom. The yarn needle can be any length. The eye of the needle must be large enough for the yarn to pass through comfortably.

It has been a while since I made a hat and forgot how to take it off the loom. Watched a few videos that didn't explain well. This lady is a teacher. I'm so glad to have found her.

I just quit smoking cigarettes to have a much needed cervical spine surgery (neck surgery) and doing this or crocheting has given me a great way to do something with my hands. I can’t believe it but it is working.

I have dyslexia and it's very hard to understand most videos of knitting and crocheting. You explain and actually show all your work while you're doing it. I was able to knit a hat for my Granddaughter and a matching one for her baby doll using your videos. Big points for this Grandma (her other Grandma is a sewing whiz). I can't Thank You enough! I'm now a subscriber and watch your videos over for a refresher course, lol. Next I'm going to teach my Granddaughter how to use my looms. A sincere Thank You!!

I've been searching for your teaching technique for years! Repetition without having to rewind the video ... I find that other videos show 3 to 5 stitches and then fast forward.
