This was really insightful, I'm a sucker for new Tech so I already bought one. But I think this information is very important for new people who are going to get swept up in the hype. Everybody else is talking about how amazing it is. And how waterproof it is, and how you should buy one right now. But from an artist perspective, you do kind of have a very strong point that it would make more sense to just get the S8. This platform really needed this video, Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Great video! The s9 display isn't even nessarily better than the s8 display. AMOLED displays have extremely good contrast ratios, deep blacks, and vibrant punchy colors. Downside is they arent very durable and also will succumb to display burn in after a while. IPS displays tend to have more subdued natural looking colors, better off axis viewing angles, and truer whites. They will last longer than AMOLED displays as well. Its more a matter or preference rather than objectivity. Depending on who you ask some may prefer the display on the s8 All the more reason why I agree with you that its a better value :)

Procreate, it’s only available on iPadOS, (there is a pocket edition for iPhone) not Android.
