I am from the UK and have been to Thailand on many occasions and fell in love with Thai food especially Pad Thai and Thai fried rice with prawns as well as many other dishes but for some time it was difficult buying authentic ingredients where I live in the North West of England but now we have a local Thai food store close to my home where I am hoping to buy what I need and start trying your recipes, especially this one. Great video.

I’m Turkish but I love thai food 😍 your recipes look really delicious, i will try some of them as soon as possible. I wonder, how I can understand good quality of fish sauce, tamarin sauce or other ingredients , could you please talk about it ?🙏🏻
Thank you very much for watching, and for appreciating my recipes. That is a good question - I will definitely consider making some videos on those topics! Our website is under construction so you will soon be able to find information about the brands I use there as well. Please stay tuned - more delicious recipes on the way :) /Amy
Hi Dauminique! Thanks for watching. The website is a bit delayed bcos of rebranding but we are almost there. If you DM me on IG I can then send you a basic instruction and list of ingredients. Thanks 🙏
I cook Thai food all of the time but you should do an episode on sauces... I think that intimidates people.... They don't know there are 3 different soy sauces not including seasoning sauce, healthy boy brand etc
Hi again and thank you for your suggestion. It's a good idea and I have actually been planning a sauce special for some time but haven't gotten around to it. Will start writing it right away.
Hi! Thank you for engaging with our post. Here in Thailand sugar, chili and lime are often served on the side of Pad Thai and other noodle dishes so that you can adjust the taste to your preference, on your plate.
That's wonderful news! If you're into table seasoning, make sure to check out our condiment and sauces series. For now we've uploaded Prik Nam Pla, a table condiment which I'm sure you're familiar with already, and our Thai BBQ dipping sauce. More good stuff on the way :)
I love your videos, I just started watching them and I think I'll binge them all tonight!
Thank you very much! Enjoy
