Cheaha State Park and Talladega National Forest Ride

This was motorcycle ride through the Talladega National Forest to visit Cheaha State Park in Alabama. The road leading to Cheaha is nice a curvy. Inside the park we took a walk to Bald Rock through the walk board to get amazing views of the valley below. After leaving the park, we rode around the park on smaller roads and eventually heading towards Heflin Alabama to catch a dirt road FS Road 500. This is a 26 mile dirt road that navigates the norther part of the Talladega National forest. The start of the dirt part is at the southern start of the Pinhoti trail.

Not yet. I was hoping for some colors but nothing. Maybe now that the weather has been colder for a longer period of time. Hopefully you will be right at the peak.
