Another compilation of friends trying to make up some hills in the North Georgia mountains. You will see the "Hill of Death" as we called it, becuase it was hard to make it up to the top. In the end, you will see Zach do a loop. Thsi was filmed back in 2007 with a VHS camera

This dual sport ride was after some good rain and trying to ride the bikes in the N. Ga wet clay was fun.
Bitter Springs Backcountry Byway day ride.

In this video we rode the Bitter Springs Backcountry Byway. This trail is just North of Las Vegas. The trail is 29.4 miles from end to end. The GPS start is 36.48536, -114.7486 and the end 36.30067, -114.48943. The trail is pretty easy to do, we had a stock Jeep and did not have any issues. Cheaha State Park and Talladega National Forest Ride

This was motorcycle ride through the Talladega National Forest to visit Cheaha State Park in Alabama. The road leading to Cheaha is nice a curvy. Inside the park we took a walk to Bald Rock through the walk board to get amazing views of the valley below. After leaving the park, we rode around the park on smaller roads and eventually heading towards Heflin Alabama to catch a dirt road FS Road 50...
FS Road 500 Alabama in Talladega National Forest

This is a ride starts at the south end of FS 500 where the Pinhoti trail starts near Heflin Alabama. It's a nice dirt road and can be done in motorcycle and cars.

TWoS or Two Wheels of Suches is a motorcycle resort and campground and lodge located in the N. Ga mountains in Suches, GA. They offer camping, rental cabins and a great restaurant. From here you can find some great motorcycle roads like Wolf Pen Gap, Blood Mountain (Hwy 129).
Dual Sport Ride to Warm Springs, GA

We got together in Senoia, GA to go on a dual sport ride down to Warm Springs, GA. For lunch we went to Manchester, GA and had lunch at Ducks Trolley. This place has great burgers plus many other items on the menu. After lunch we made our way back to Senoia where we made a quick stop at the location where The Walking Dead is filmed.

Ocoee river in Tennessee. This is the location where the Olympics were held for kayaking competition in 1996. Took a motorcycle ride up there and did some flying. This is on Hwy 64/74 in Ocoee TN. Recently visited clearwater beach and marina for a long weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Cleartware Beach Resort and Spa on Mandalay Av. Visited many restaurants like Frenchy's, Salty Crab Bar, Frenchy's Rockaway grill, Palm Pavillion (great food where locals hangout), crabby's beachwalk grill and Salt Cracker Fish Camp(awesome seafood tower). Hilton Head 2021 Trip

Took a short trip to Hilton Head since we have never been to visit. Stayed right in Hilton Head Island by the beach at Coligny park and beach. Rented some bicycles and rode around since they have many miles of trails. Our condo was right on the beach for easy access. Coligny shopping plaza has many shops and restaurants with excellent food

Nice to see Two wheels of Suches again. My brother and I stopped by there back in 2000 from Michigan when it was known Two Wheels Only. I did see a Ytube video some time back about how it was saves for future riders. We used to ride all over the hills and mountains in the south. How I do miss those days. We rode for a week for nine years. Great video. Later.

Not yet. I was hoping for some colors but nothing. Maybe now that the weather has been colder for a longer period of time. Hopefully you will be right at the peak.
Moved away and miss this place terribly.
We were glad when it was brought back. It's packed every weekend.

This was the week where that cold front hit CO and UT. The first day in Moab was hot, couldn’t ride for 2 days when the front came down. Then our last day hit white rim. It was in the upper 80s. I would expect 90s still this time of year. Hope this helps. Any other questions let me know

Thanks for showing a slice of the bike paths. We're staying on the island and would prefer to bike everywhere rather than drive.
There are many miles of bike paths and many rental companies. Shop around for better price, they can also drop off the bikes at the hotel you are staying.

Nice video. How many hours did it take to do the loop? Did you guys carry extra fuel?
It took us about 9 hours. We really took our time and wanted to take lots of pictures and video so had a lot of stops. We started in the parking lot of Canyonlands and round trip was 110 miles. I have a 3 gal tank on my bike and my wife was carrying a 1 gal Rotopax, she did not need it. As you can see we were not riding fast. If you are starting in Moab, you may need extra gas.
@@roam.ride.repeat2071 The parking lot of Canyonlands is that the same place as Island in the Sky Visitor Center? I've been wanting to do this loop for several years now but just have never done it. Thanks for your reply's, greatly appreciated.
Yes pretty much the same. After the visitor center, there is a parking lot on the left. About half mile or less. We parked there for the day. Don’t forget to get your permit. Only 25 per day when we were there.
