We’re from Australia and have been lucky to travel to New York three times. I’m still obsessed with the city and your vlogs help with the withdrawal, they’re first class. Well done.
Awww, action kid u never stop amazing me. Sooo informative on every level. I'm a New York native Brooklyn born living in Ga. now but ur videos bring back home to me. Thanks always kid. Love you. 😍
Thank you for showing the tour of nyc and gave us better history of the nyc and the buildings and wonderful skyscrapers and nice structures of the building in unique of them.
NYC tour with the narration is cool way to get known the city ! Informational yet great expolarion tour to get info as well from the buildings !!! Which is always a good thing , another great 🗽 video from New York , thank you for sharing 👍!!!
What a memory lane!! I used to walk this route for three years as I lived on 56th and worked at 101 Park building about 10+ years ago. It's still the same and yet different :)
@@ActionKid Yeah, a lot of fun and the good/bad nyc memories for sure! I used to visit x2-3 times per year after moving back to Cali... until the pandemic. Hopefully I can go visit in 2022! Stay safe!
You really out did yourself, great narration very well explained and you really learnt alot about the history of these magnificent buildings that make Park Avenue and New York city landscape what we recognise today. I so enjoyed watching. 😉
Hello from Thessaloniki the co capital of Greece 🌞. Thanks a lot for your videos because you remind us me and my wife how beautiful it was when we visited New York in 2012.
@@ActionKid Good morning 🤗. Thank God he blessed us and we have a 14 month old baby girl and we are expecting a baby boy in 5 months. When the little one is born, we will come back and it would be our great pleasure to meet you up close.
31:00 Grand Central Terminal! 😍 I visited once and it has left an everlasting impression on me. I wish we have a train station like this in LA. The LA Union Station is nice, but it's not to the scale of Grand Central Terminal. Thank you for sharing this walk, AK. 😎
Another great walk in New York! The film actress Joan Crawford was married to the Pepsi CEO Alfred Steele from 1955 until his death in 1959, but retained an office ( and private jet plus all the perks!) at the Park Ave headquarters until 1969. There are photos of her with Bette Davis and Robert Aldrich rehearsing Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte with a prominent Pepsi bottle in shot, which caused a few problems !
It was only for a few seconds but at the 40:12 mark you showed the Kitano Hotel which is the hotel we stayed at when we stayed in NYC. It is a Japanese run hotel and has an amazing jazz club downstairs that apparently is one of the best in Manhattan. Spectacular rooms in the hotel as well.
This is OG AK! I LOVE your vids like this! Thank you! I have a hot tip for you: see if you can get a comp Madame Morrible tour in Brooklyn. She does it seasonally, so not sure if she’s doing it now, but would be great for Halloween.
I hope to meet you one day! I know you get that alot, I'm sure. 😂 My Chinese American bestie who lives in Chelsea says it's the "Asian Persuasion". 🙄 smh... Although I'm single and you have attractive qualities, it's not that. I told her it is the NEW YORKER PERSUASION! 😄 As a born and raised person from Queens, like her, I love meeting other native New Yorkers who genuinely love New York and it's people and the various vibes that exist all in one city and state. And, that's you Ken. 😊 Also you travel thru so many areas of the boroughs that connect to the stories of my life, like I just shared on your Bryant Park Christmas Village video. Now this video 🤗 ...In 1998, a 26 year old me had took a job working at The DOME Project on Amsterdam Avenue. It was my first job working with school age children and as an Education Coordinator in what would become a 20 year career in nonprofit youth development. I had middle school students who I would take to a Fortune 500 company on Park Avenue on Thursday afternoons. They were welcomed with food and then after a discussion or workshop on "something empowering", lol, they would have time with their mentor who was an employee. They would visit their office, etc. It was a great program. They were able to see possibilities and opportunities outside of the current socioeconomic demographics in their households, mainly in Harlem. Thanks Ken for igniting those great memories and a chance for me to share my love for the POC youth of New York City. ❤️🗽☮️

Sorry but I have to let you know even though I am not a "name" brand person. And maybe you have since learned to correct pronunciation but on one of your videos you pronounced Gucci with a short u sound making it rhyme with the little fish called a guppy.
The history of the buildings, roads, and infrastructure is interesting stuff
Much appreciated!

Thank you for this great tour. I always wondered what the MetLife neighborhood was like. Very educational🍁🌸💫

For the holidays . You should a Home Alone segment.
432 Park Ave kinda sticks out like a ' sore thumb'😆 Nice walk pointing out the info on the buildings.

Thanks. For the vedio.paul from india. Happy prechristmas to all the people
What about 101 Park Avenue being the building featured in Gremlins 2 film?
Or how Pershing Square is named after General John Pershing?
