Meta knight isnt overpowered. and that matchup list that they have, that meta knight is good against everyone, thats BS. That list is only made up of the people they have had fight for them. Meta knight can lose to even ganondorf. I fight my brother who plays ganondorf and he plays much better than most of these guys. They need to ditch the list and put up that every character is even but it's the skill of whose behind the controller that determines the victor.

N64 is pretty much only good if you want to play a really retro version of smash. Melee is very competitive and is the fastest ssb game with the most technical gameplay which is what makes it so great for pro players. Brawl is awfully slow and everyone hated it as a successor to melee. Smash for the 3ds and Wii U is really good and fixes the problems that brawl had, but some people still prefer melee.

I've seen lots of idiots say that MK really has no counters or checks, but that's far from true. ICs wall MK out with disjointed aerials as well as their de-synched Ice Blocks and their Blizzard. While a dead Nana DOES equal a dead Popo, one grab while both Climbers are out often means the stock. Falco is good because he forces the MK to come in to avoid getting laser'd and can chain throw MK to nice percents, while Marth matches MK's speed and has longer hitboxes. MK isn't just a lot of spamming. He can really be compared to Fox in Melee: fast, good air game and neutral game, good spacing with disjointed/long range attacks, and he dies relatively early to powerful attacks. He requires lots of technical skill to be used WELL (well-timed Shuttle Loops, aerials-out-of-shield, fast aerial reaction times, good spacing and ground canceling, strong DI to name a few), and isn't a character that can be picked up and used by anyone. Many of my friends play MK, and I respond by throwing down Falco and Olimar, both of whom can adequately check MK with the former's Lasers and grabs and the latter's disjointed hitboxes and strong hits.

ANXIOUS 117` 0 death chain grab makes him broken but it's too hard to pull off in pros to consider him more broken than MK. But the fact he has a 0dcg instantly makes him pretty broken either way

He has about 5 jumps, a glide, and all his B specials work to get back to the stage in different ways (with the Up-B giving him another glide). 3. In turn, he also has one of the strongest edgeguarding games. He can chase people off just fine. This pretty much makes up for his mediocre KO ability since he racks up damage fast and can gimp alot of characters. 4. His attack recovery is not awful. You are not punishing Meta Knight's D-air, U-air, auto-canceled F-airs, and some other stuff. And you'll barely be able to punish Mach Tornado, Shuttle Loop, and tilts.
