We got an opportunity to visit the beautiful states of Assam and Meghalaya and it was certainly a memorable trip. So over the next few weeks we shall get you some vlogs from these 2 states wherein we shall showcase the exciting cuisine and mesmerizing beauty of North East India. Assam is famous for masor tenga which is sour fish curry with kagji nemu and banana flower with pigeon and Assamese style duck fry or curry. Another important dish is fiddle head fern with small,tiny potatoes which is very much local to the region

Assamese famous Duck curry with bambo shoote or duck curry with ashguard and dhekia saak ( fiddle head fern ) khana chahiye tha apko .

Chicken khorika jo hain wo us Restaurant k naam par nahi hain. Khorika hota hain jis bamboo sticks par chicken, fish or veggies ko aag mein pakate hain us bamboo stick ko assam mein khorika bolte hain.

Aapko chicken with sesame seeds ka item khana chahiye tha, that would have been different.
