This is the exact nonsense that brings broke fools here who end up homeless, trying to get a repatriation loan from the embassy. My last electric bill was equal to nearly 300 USD. I've never spent below 3k per month. We own our home, cars etc., and are non drinkers. Don't believe this crap! It's ridiculous.
lol. Many people would say you are living above your means. I owned a home in Florida and everything was below 2k a month. It’s a fact because I only made 2k a month and I was living paycheck to paycheck. You my friend need to cut back. I live in the Philippines for less than 1k a month and am able to put money in my savings. Where is your money going?
FYI: Foreign nationals who want to work in the Philippines have to obtain not just the appropriate visa, but a work permit as well. Working without a permit could result in heavy fines for both the employee and the employer. Not all foreigners who come to the Philippines to work need a permit. I’m sure you could find a job as a welder but it would pay phillipines wages. The average pay for a Welder is PHP 432,561 a year and PHP 208 an hour in Philippines. The average salary range for a Welder is between PHP 314,039 and PHP 518,208.
@@KuyaJason that's fine that would mean I'd only need to save half of what I would need to live a good life their till my retirement money kicks in lol 1000$ a month in Philippines sounds good to me 😊 also I plan to live like a local buy a small fishing boat and fish for my own food, grow my own garden buy chickens etc
You could open up a welding shop and have a few employees. Probably the most ideal would be, if you could stay 3-4 months in the USA working. Living on a couch or a trailer for free. And then living the rest of the year in the Philippines. Come check it out and see if you like it. I love it here. But some forgeiners are use to the American way. We own our property, house. And we live for $600 per month. We eat out once per week.
We’re not talking about the US. I definitely believe your right about spending $500 a month on groceries in the US. I have spent $500 in one trip at Walmart. But here it’s pretty much impossible to spend over $300 on a completely full grocery cart. I have had a cart overflowing and it was still under $200.

I might make a video alone on your rediculous comment. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Thanks for watching
Learn to spell, it will be more convincing. @@KuyaJason
@@KuyaJason Same here from about $900-$1100 month for a family of 3.
To live like a Squatter, no AC! even $500 is LOW! Who want to live like that!
Not me!! 😂 I can’t live without AC.
500 is ok in the countryside but in the cities 1k is an above average income in all South East Asian countries except Spore and Brunei
Thank you for your response buddy. 😊 Yeah I will talk about that in the next video.
I'm a welder millwright and have 16 years experience how hard would it be to find work in the Philippines?

Hi Jason can your wife speak Ilocano?
Nah just normal Tagalog. Thanks for watching. 😊
No you can't. $500 dollars is only for food a month for two person. It cost me $ 2000 a month just me on rent and groceries only here in US.
