Did this routine for the first time today and will keep practicing. Overall clear instruction. One area that was not clear is when the breathing switched from inhaling and exhaling through the mouth, to inhaling through the nose, the instructor never says whether to exhale through the nose or the mouth. Or if it matters in this particular sequence. Having seen several previous videos led by Garry, it’s usually inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. But I am not assuming that to always be the case. And if someone is watching for the first time they would have no clue. Gratitude for all that you and your team do in this extraordinary realm of wellness. 💖

I noticed the same thing on this and another video. I wish it was really really clear because we can’t see from a distance if they’re breathing out of their mouth or their nose.

Can I do this resets sitting I can’t be standing too long getting super very tired and I can’t do a lot of fascia work besides don’t having enough strength when I had done the knee torque I got pain on my jaws and it lasted for few days, my whole body is very tense and my muscles very tight from superficial to very deep and suffering from peripheral neuropathy with a lot of pain 24/7 very difficult and now numbness on my glutes too if you have some different exercises for that I will appreciate
Besides my shoulders being very tight they’re in pain I can’t barely move it I did the maneuvers with switching my hands I don’t if that works I know that with time I will get better and my right hip is forward, higher and very tight too. If you can answer this question I will appreciate thank you
I’m trying to do the resets and I started the one day reset today and tried to go to the three day and it says you have to enroll first. I don’t know if this used to be offered free but I don’t see a charge anywhere? I tried getting help on the website and it’s an AI bot which is not helpful. They stopped answering my question and never came back. So frustrating. This is why I haven’t made this a regular practice because it doesn’t seem easy to find the Content
Hi Human Garage, the following is from a very good friend of mine who has been in tremendous pain. He is crippled with the following……….The tests and imaging confirmed it. It’s called Sphincter of oddi Dysfunction. Basically gallbladder works properly. Pancreas works properly. The problem is once the bile and pancreatic enzymes are produced….the muscle that opens to release them is not opening. So the bile and enzymes are backing up and not releasing in to the intestines. Very rare in people with their gallbladder. But it causes pain that mimics gallstones & pancreatitis……And now to give him relief they are preparing to remove his gallbladder 😳 I’m so worried for him.

I had bad gas burping ans pain in left neck I struggle to squeeze and pull as have no strength in my muscles anymore
