You covered the video with great details, Great job . I tooks some note that you pointed out that I thought would go along way with my project. Thanks for post the video.
Enjoying this build, it definitely stands out from the crowd with the Hemi swap.
Thanks man, and I appreciate you watching! 👍
I'm glad you showed us the finished product at the end. Definitely a nice stance now. That will be a great little shop truck and advertisement! I can see some Reignited logo vinyl down the sides of it after its painted😁. Great job as always👍
Good idea!
I’m going with the Belltech 6850 I enjoy inspiring videos like this one!
Truck looks perfect. I’m having a little difficulty with the rivet on my stoppers man they are on good,
No question those factory rivets are a pain! Thanks for watching 👍
This build keeps getting better and better, awesome work man!
Thanks dude, you'll like the video tomorrow! 👍
Truck looks good with the drop! I also like the Super Clean it works great. I really like seeing your channel grow keep it up can’t wait to see the next project.
Thanks Joe! I can actually look at the truck without being annoyed now 😄
Sweet truck
Thanks for watching! Check out the whole build series, it turned out pretty neat and I got to take it on Rocky Mountain Race Week this year! 👍
I wish you would have showed how to set the pinion gear
Just so long as you know that if you cut a coil the spring rate will get stiffer...thus a harsher ride..but it will corner better... the ride height looks great!
Looks much better, nice work!
Nice video! Drop spindles next
Great vid . Learned a lot from a true pro . thanks ! Love your build !
Thank you for watching! 👍
The link to the flip kit is NOT the one you got. I found out the hard way. I'm gonna have to order the plate and axle alignment pieces.
Try a little easy off oven cleaner first it will strip paint's, grease etc.. then clean with purple power , over the years from working on cars/trucks today's cleaners don't work very good
on mine i do the same 6" drop in rear but in front iv got 2" coil spring+ 3" spindle drop to have a even drop! ;o)
Nice!
Nice & good job bro i like your perseverance .... keep it up like that....👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks Adolfo, and I appreciate you watching as well! 👍
looking good!
Looks great.
Thank you, and I appreciate you watching! 👍
You got 6 inches of drop our of the flip kit? Thats savage
It's quite dramatic!
That actually looks good to me.. it’s not the Carolina squat low so it looks good to me lol
Sweet truck 👍👍👍👍👍 What shocks did you use with the flip kit?
They are belltech, but I can't remember how short they are right now.
@@ReignitedAuto thank you
What did you do to correct the pinion angle? I did mine and the pinion is pointing a little higher than I think it should !
I modified the spring perches that came with my kit to achieve the correct angle. 👍
Excellent video my friend have a question do you have to can you try shop at all or fit just fine after you lower it? If you can let me know I will appreciate so much man I’m trying to lower my 85 And I try to collect as much ifo I can I thank you for your time have a wonderful day
Awesome build good work.. What ecu are going to use to power that hemi
Thanks man! I've got a Holley terminator max for it. Thanks for watching 👍
Hey thanks for the video, I found it very helpful! Can you please send me the part number of the one that goes on the bottom of the differential? Im working on an 1981 Chevy c-10. Thank you!
With a flip kit will my drive shaft need to be adjusted in anyway?
Yes, but depending on the kit a lot of them come with new spacer blocks that will correct the driveline angle.
Love the stance , too !
That door fits like a saddle on a sow lol
you're not wrong. The truck is actually just slapped together at the moment, and the door shell is completely empty. Once the truck is ready for final assembly I'll try to get it gapped properly.
@@ReignitedAuto Yeah, sorry bout that. I come from a body shop background and I remember fighting those old chevy doors. Mainly after they had been Tboned. They could be a real pain. 88-98 were even worse
i have a 1994 ram 2500 4wd 5speed and i also have a 2014 6.4 hemi out of a truck i want the hemi in the 1994 truck don't know if it will ever happen i also have several 5.7 non mds engines that i could use for it now sure what to do. if i use the 6.4 i will do away with vvt and mds
That's what im doing with mine, ditching the VVT and MDS because im using a holley terminator to control it and it wont control those functions. 👍
What size sockets and wrenches do ya need?? EVERYBODY EVEN YOU DID NOT MENTION THAT!!
This video did not show you putting the flip kit on 🤷♂️ all it showed was half attempt at installing a c notch and degreasing breaks and cleaning rear nut. This was clickbait. Disappointed I can’t get that time back in my life
