Heartbroken mother of Coventry hit and run victim Keaton Slater appeals for help to find suspect

The mother of a 12-year-old boy who died after a hit-and-run collision in Coventry has issued a tearful appeal for public help to track down a suspect wanted by police.
Keaton Slater’s mother, Louise Slater, told a news conference on Wednesday that the death of her son, who was struck by a BMW car in Coventry last Friday, had left his family devastated and all those who knew him heartbroken.
The schoolboy’s mother was flanked by his father, Clint, and brothers Kai, 13; and Keanu, 17; as she appealed for information about the whereabouts of 21-year-old Latvia-born Dolars Aleksanders, who is being sought on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
After wiping away tears with a tissue, the 51-year-old said: “We were a family of five but now we are four.
“Our lives will never be the same again and Keaton’s brothers, dad, nana and granddad and myself are devastated.
“The whole family, his school friends are all heartbroken.”

I was at the funeral,we were all putting blue balloons and blue smoke in the air,and fortunately,Keaton responded and it was coloured air,he happily responded,R.I.P Keaton,you’ll be missed by a lot of us,just remember that ur in our hearts and minds and u remind us of peace

Someone in the public knows this vile person who has taken this 12 year old boys life away and so for the benefit of his heartfelt loved ones please do the honest and correct thing and report the vile person to the police.
Grief, loss and sadness after losing a dear loved one is painful and tearful and goes on for many years and in this family case the sad loss of their 12 year old son is very difficult to handle.
To the vile person who has carried out this crime you know what you have done and took the life of a very young boy well don't be a COWARD and hand yourself in as soon as possible because what you have done will only play on your mind for more then a short time.🙀

Oh that poor mother! The whole family have been given a life sentence of grief! i dont even want to imagine loosing a child it must be unbearable, i really do hope that this eats at the person responsible they obviously are not going to do the right thing so with any look someone else knows and has a better heart then the pos that did this
