I have the new one inch version and when i take a 360 photo, i only get a photo of me taking the photo; not of the other side of the camera off the area I need the picture of where I am not standing. What am I doing wrong?

How this has become different than the ones sold by them right now? I ordered mine (the same model) and it looks quite different.
