Yeahh for losing weight but gaining muscle at the same time I recommend being in a slight calorie deficit. So burn more than you eat by about 200/300. That way you’ll have enough fuel to build muscle but will also lose weight. The main thing you can do is just go out and be more active for that! 👊🏻
