You can get 3000, acres or more for the price of this half acre in zambia virgin land at that with fruit trees grow wild on it zambia is about 48 hrs drive from Uganda. I love Uganda its beautiful but the prices for land is ridiculously over priced especially when you can get land that's same or better soil in zambia for as cheap as 160 and acre I buy hectares at 160-333 pre acre usd so I'm not interested at all. I know Uganda land is extremely expensive because I was looking to buy land there and build a second home there and also we free title isn't for foreigners you have to be a citizen people do research on everything please don't just see and want and buy research the countries laws for foreigners purchasing land in their countries free title is the best mine you but not at that cost half acre 100k usd ridiculously.

African land is very different from what we are yse to in the United States. In the US, we can buy any amount of land, 2000 acres, 10,000 acres for $500-2500 an acre. Most of our land has water on it, lakes, ponds, streams, ect. Also, wealth here is determined by how far your neighbors live from you. We don’t live bunched up, only im extreme circumstances like NY city. Even NY city is a foreign place to the rest of America because we don’t live that close together like they do. So, when you ahow a half acre of land for $100,000, this seems like the most outrageous thing to us. First, it we had $100,000 why would we use it to live on a half acre in a place where we can’t even work to make that $100,000 back? I can buy 500 acres in the US with $100,000, so look how ridiculous your video is. It makes no sense at all.
How much is a half acre in this area i own two properties in zambia on 25 acres and together with a business partner 166 acres for the price of this half an acre in zambia i could buy over 3 thousands acres on virgin land with river 100,000 usd for an half acre is ridiculous anyone that buys that is crazy my 25 acres was 3,000 and the 166 acres between my business partner and I cost us together including the law firm fees transfer of title documents less than 13,000 together mine you this is way to much no will ever buy that land.
MY land has a flowing river 166 acres and still between my business partner and I it's was wasn't nowhere near 100k nowhere near 20k that plot will never be sold at that price and it has people next door my land is private closest people are at least 15 miles away if not more

Land that touches the lake/river is very expensive. I will go a few kilometres outside the city and find some more land to show you
