Listing you say.. Nope, Beached on it's Starboard Keel. Listing would imply the boat is floating but sitting low in the water and Leaning on either the Port or Starboard sides. That is Beached on it's Keel which is shaped like a V, it has to Lean when Beached however that is not LISTING. Investigate the Dictionary or Terminology.
