i had the great honor of training with master higaonna in liverpool a few years back, even tho i was of the shotokan style he took time to help me through sanchin kata . i cannot praise him enough. the same presance as enoeda sensie. domo arigato sensie

Great to find these and watch. I used to train in Gojo Ryu in the late 70’s, 80’s and Sensai Morio Higaonna visited our dojo in Norwich, so had the great privilege to meet and train with him. A master indeed; such knowledge and humility; a great man.

Target is the bladder, right above pubic bone, so verry low.
