    Excellent addition, I was blinded in my left eye for 3 months, when I had optic neuritis (over 30 years ago). While doing these movements is difficult for me, I AM going to practice cuz I know from doing the MS master chef exercises, they REALLY DO HELP improve the balance. Thanks for what you do!

    Thanks for these exercises. Is there a way to monitor progress or is it very much to feel? Any suggestions on how frequently to do this?
