That thing is awesome. Feed it biodiesel amd it will run for everr. If i would have a farm I would love to have something like this.
Thank you! Yeah this atv needs only one wire to run, and you can feed it with oil if you want ;) For now it is converted to an automatic transmission, for much more comfortable drive

Hello from Georgia, Tbilisi. This is really great work i like it. Super! I have a few questions: gearbox is satelite welded? If yes its original or diy? How much is max speed of vehicle? This bmw e34 2.65 diff has LSD? And the last question how much does it cost this build?
Hello and thanks! Gearbox diff satelites are diy welded, max speed in 5th gear must be around 100km/h at 5k revs, in 1st gear at idle around 3km/h. It is possible to find LSD for these diffs, but for now i dont have it. A this moment it cost to me around 500euros to build.

It appears that the frame is only tack welded together, at least in certain places. Please tell me I’m wrong?
In most inportant places it is full welded, in others only tack welded.
do e34 diffs are mandatory, or i can use, for example, e36 ones as well? Also, for the front drive, did you just flip the diff over to spin together as the back ones? Did you weld up the gear inside the gearbox to spin both front and back?
Hello, i use e34 2.5tds diffs because they have 2.65 ratio. and yes, diff inside gearbox are welded.

Are you using original VW drive shafts, or are shortened or made from Bmw and VW shafts. I am thinking about a same kind of build
3rd option!
@@0Renxx0 I have E39 diff and VW shaft is almost ok to use. I only need longer bolts for and I'll shorten the shafts - with between the brake disk's will be around 120 cm. Too wide for my trailer.
Nice idea, but why the square tubes are used?

Does it use the fwd gearbox still? I couldn't see where the rear driveshaft is attached properly. Nice build man mean cheap fun and it looks like it'd be more capable than a lot of factory built quads out there.

@@0Renxx0 that's a great idea, I've never seen a fwd gearbox used like that before but that's some clever shit mate. I'm a bit of a " gimme a grinder and a welder and I'll have a crack at anything " guy aswell. Building a rear mounted fwd beach buggy myself but this things got me thinking about the other fwd donor cars I've got around here. Again Awesome machine man.

tur tas dīzelis 100 gadus nav vajadzīgs.vot reduktori ar bloķiem gan ir nepieciešami citādi nekur tālu ar viņu neaizbrauksi.
Man bija pieejams dīzelis un es viņu tur arī ieliku. Kārba jāmaina uz automātu un bloķi vajag LSD šiem reduktoriem.
lsd bloķis tur nederēs,viņš strādā tad kad rati ir uz zemes.rati izkārsies pa dioganāli un uz priekšu netiksi tāpat.dīzeļa fiška ir tā ka tu vari braukt tukšgaitas apgriezienos un viņš reāli velk.ar automātu tā nesanāks.mans tāds kvadrs uzbūvēts jau sen tikai 1.8 benzīns 90zs.reduktori no audi quattro ar bloķiem kurus ieslēdz ar pogu.bez bloķiem ir grūti.daudzi sametina satelītus reduktoros bet tas ir galīgi garām jo palielinās apgriešanās rādius kurš un tā nav maziņš.
@@andis10000 BMW reduktoriem nav citas iespējas kā tikai LSD, izvēlējos viņus jo pārnesums ir 2,65 un tas pie gandrīz 30'' riteņiem dod labu dinamiku.Šim motoram ir ap 200nm jau pie 2k. Max ātrums aptuveni 100km/h pie 5k rpm un ~4km/h brīvgaitā. Gribu automātu jo nav ērti spiest ar kreiso kāju sajūgu un slēgt ātrumus ar roku. Tavu projektu redzēju buggy-plans.ru
