Tom Brady his first five years he had 3 Super Bowls and 2 MVPS and it took him 15 more years to win 3 more Super Bowls and 2 more MVPS to be recognized as the G.O.A.T. To be considered a legend or one of all time greats you have to maintain you’re success for a long period of time.

Lets stop acting like Damien was the reason the Chiefs made the comeback it was Mahomes period. I’m a Chiefs fan I love Damien and honestly felt like he probably should’ve got SMVP but make no mistake Mahomes was clutch. He made the throws when it mattered. Damien sealed the game away as he should as a RB late in the game.

Andy Reid - Eric B and Pat S, and Patrick Mahomes, and multiple receivers who know how to get open on the route (and sometimes get open two times on the route) are a SUPER and rare combination. Throw in a fired up capable defense....and everyone has CONFIDENCE even when trailing late...it's a powerful combination.

First take is my last post Superbowl stop because I didn't want to listen to the intolerable Max Kellerman praise for Patrick Mahomes but you know what? He was tolerable today. Congratulations chiefs kingdom. Well deserved. They played their game and kept their identity and it won them a Superbowl.

Although Williams had the better performance statistically, Mahomes was definitely the best and most valuable player. He had more impact on the outcome of the game than any other player. He consistently led drives with his arms and legs under constant pressure to put his team in position to score. Without Mahomes’ less than perfect performance, the chiefs would have lost even with Williams’ good performance.
Mahomes, Reid, and the Chiefs LOVE the game of football.... It shows!!! Is it possible the Chiefs decided to win ugly, rather than lose pretty? The Chiefs have a team that works, and a team that loves to work as a unit. That's the secret of KC's success.
