I used two agencies:
www.simplyeducation.co.uk/
www.milestoneeducation.co.uk/
Milestone Education looks more flexible with docs. They didn't ask me police check from Ukraine that is veru difficult now
Simply Education has many courses for Teaching Assistant that runs just for 2 days each.
I got DBS check after 2 week. It came by post.
DBS can be tricky and after receive it you need to register it.

I would recommend you to take part time simpler job like in pub or shop. If of course you need money. They except just on the next day)
And in the same time make docs for Teaching Assistant. Anyway first time an agency give you job for some days a week and not regularly.

Доброго дня, підскажіть, будь-ласка, коли почав працювати в школі, чи вимагають залишатись до кінця року чи можна в будь-який час звільнитись?
Для асистента вчителя не думаю що буде проблема звільнитися.
Головне завдання в школі закріпитися. Я зустрічала навіть англійці яких агенство направляє кожного тижня в нову школу.
Спершу це цікаво, а потім напрягає.
Думаю вам потрібно домовлятися зі школою з цього питання
