If education in India is to improve and create a world brand like Harvard or oxford we need to have our politicians educated and politics should not be religion based or family centric

The problem is in Indias Constitution , constitution baises religion majority/minority , majority= sc/st/obc/gen then gender baised acts and SC/St acts to Poor reservation ews to female reservation in trains reservation on the basis of caste etc , If constitution talks about all that then how can politicians seperated.
