Pizza Dough Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
-3 cups Flour
-1 1/4 cups Warm Water about 100-120 degrees.
-1 tablespoon Yeast.
-1 tablespoon Sugar.
-1 teaspoon Salt.
-1 tablespoon Oil.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat water until warm and stir in yeast. Let sit and proof. Bubbles should form on the top.
2. While the yeast is proofing, add the flour, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Add the oil and proofed yeast. Stir until the flour is all moistened.
4. Gather the dough and transfer to a well-floured surface, it might be sticky at first.
5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, adding more flour as needed as your are kneading to keep it from sticking.
6. The dough should be smooth and elastic after kneading and ready to use in any recipe calling for pizza dough.

Good video bro. Tip for you, though. The reason neopolitan pizzas can be cooked at such high temps is because the neopolitan pizza dough doesn't use sugar. Sugar burns. For any dough that uses sugar, I wouldn't bake it any higher than 550 degrees.

@@CookingWithCJ If you're fermenting your dough for 24 hours or more, rather than using it same day, you definitely don't need any sugar.
CJ I am so glad I found your channel lol I LOVE the Ninja, as a matter of fact, I love ALL Ninja everything, so I have it ALL! The pizza oven is the last purchase and got it for my hubby for Christmas (Me really, because I do the cooking lol) But I am planning on using it for the first time today and I KNEW you would have the video I needed haha. How do you clean the stone?
CJ, I have a Ninja Foodi® Smart XL 6-in-1 Indoor Grill & Air Fryer with Built in Thermometer & Ninja® Foodi® Smart XL Pro Air Oven. Love them both. I also have an ooni Koda 12 that I also love but propane is always convenient and it burns propane fast. The plus side is the pizzas are incredible. My question to you is I am interested in mainly using the Ninja outdoor oven to make thin crust New York Pizza? If it can come close to a propane oven that would be awesome. Your Pizza’s look like the came out incredible. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I am 80 years old and having a ball making pizza for friends and family. Love You Brother 💕💕💕

Absolutely correct. If you want a crisper crust add a bit of oil to the dough. I also prefer semolina over flour (flour gets bitter) on the peel and a wood peel over the metal.
Hey CJ. Killing it with these vids man. Just got the ninja woodfire oven and attempted pizza. Noticed that the undercarriage did not get cooked by the time the top and crust was done. Do you think perhaps letting this thing preheat for longer than the suggested 25 would get that stone to match the ambient temp in the over and cook the pizza evenly?

Hey brother, being a pizzeria owner you need to use cornmeal on your board so it doesn’t stick. It will slide off a lot easier. Good luck

Pizza still is my favorite food and this Ninja Oven looks awesome!! Our kitchen is full of Ninja (Ninja Hot and Cold Coffee Bar, Ninja Pro Blender, Ninja Foodi XL Deluxe and Ninja Never Dull Knife set) I guess I need something for the outside??

This is a great easy pizza sauce non cook, the sauce will cook on the pizza in the oven. I think you will love it my friend:
Pizza Sauce
28 oz Can of San Marzano Pealed Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Salt
1Teaspoon Oregano
3 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic

I know this is a question about a different outdoor woodfire product. Im looking into either the grill or oven leaning a bit more towards the grill though, do u think they will make a woodfire outdoor grill XL? woud kind of suck to get the gril than they come out with an Xl outdoor grill.

NEAPOLITAN!!! I'll give you a pass only because you said never pineapple! Damn gave me chest pain, but I still love ya! Honestly, I'd take that first one, I always order well done. But, the second was magazine worthy, and I'm sure spectacular! Try a little corn meal on the bottom of the dough, almost acts like bearings under the pie, and, gives a nice bite and texture to the crust. Looking forward to seeing more cooks in this guy! Take your blowtorch and partially caramelize the pineapple before adding it to the pizza. Burns off some of the moisture as well as softening it up. Smoky salted ham (or gammon chunks!!!) and pineapple is a god tier pizza. People just don't make it right.
Leave the sugar out of the dough. It's hot enough. New York Pizza puts sugar in the dough to compensate for cooler ovens. This Oven seems to be quite hot. So, as little fat in the dough as possible and no sugar. Flower, water, salt, yeast for your "Napoleon" pizza.

Madness in the comments. Both pizzas were burnt. Char on a Neapolitan pizza crust is one thing but the cheese on this was way over-cooked. Still, if you enjoyed it then it's perfect for you. Pretty impressive cooking time and a fraction of the price of the Ooni Volt. One to watch. For all that you managed to burn the top, I did notice there wasn't much leoparding on the bottom of the crust. Doesn't personally bother me but purists won't like it.

No it's for outdoor use only.
How long did pellets last? At 700 ° may burn thru fast .
About 30-40 min. I didn’t really time it.
The pellets don't seem to burn up very fast. They're not actually used to cook the food, just to add flavor so they don't burn as fast as the ones in a pellet smoker.
Use corn meal so it’ll slide off easy.

Mmmmmmmm, Those pizza's looked pretty good, but that oven seemed kind of expensive to me . I would think you would have to eat alot of pizza to justify the cost but they did look good though. Think I'll stick with a pastrami at the "Hat" LOL. Stay safe in the I.E. brother
