I don't like it how Jacob smiles while talking during some parts of the video when the message itself is somber. It just seems off-putting to me. Other parts he is smiling while talking, I can forgive.

He is full of joy. I can see how it comes across, but if you know him like we do, it's a powerful joy smile. Hope that makes sense.
