Hyper Beam or Outrage?
Outrage as a blue badge dragonite with 60 percent win rate in soloq
Hyper beam feels clunky i just prefer outrage
depends on enemy team comp

Asian meta is so funny with dragonite, when everyone was playing beam they were playing outrage, now that outrage is more popular they’re going back 😂
It probably has something to do with counters
I defeated hyper beam dragonite with outrage dragonite
Outrage could 1v5 btw Ive seen this one dragonite main who managed to solo all enemies with outrage. In fact i got queued up with them twice and the 2nd game was a comeback. Potion dragonite btw
when cris plays hyper beam: objectivs- secured , kills -secured, Ray- secured.
when we play hyper beam: objectivs- dies before that, kills- dies before them, Ray- already surrenderd🏳🏳

Dragonite and buzzwole are running a muck right now in my games. Especially paired with cringe look umbreon
Its especially funny because the goodra is broken players are all referring to dpulse when muddy water is the build thats actually solid. Not broken by any means, but very strong in the right situations.
Listen I'm someone who thinks hyper beam is super good... But I personally love diving on an owl 🦉 and one shoting it while at pixels of health using outrage.... I mean come on Cris... You know you love doing it too 😂❤
I mean… beam just seems a bit more situational tbh outrage just has constant results. The confirm is amazing on beam but at that point just play venasaur, solar beam has less work with no build up and it’s hit scan where as hyper beam has travel time and isn’t sure hit.
Beamasaur can’t do much in between solar beams though.
@@Frostfire26 hmm… he can slow with sludge and also buffer his empowered basic for stun by then beam will be back I think that’s not too bad.
Speedsters also burst down Venusaur and it’s just a lot less tanky

Venusaur’s also a really good pick though, would def recommend it if you have a really solid front-line

I agree. You also can't really time the strongest hyper beam with charging charm, unlike Dodrio's Drill peck or Leafeon's Solar blade
Back when talon, jigglypuff, greedent, dragonite meta was so broken the devs have to rework two held items buddy barrier and score shield

Solar Beam is not bad on its own but without Light Screen, it doesn't deal that much damage. Besides, its just skill issue tbh. That's why you are supposed to be playing Light Screen/Electro Ball most of the time.
Mew literally got nerfed a few patches ago since Solar beam did too much damage. Sounds like a skill issue tbh, you sound like M2 and Zacian abusers complaining that their overtuned mon got nerfed.
And you can't just only play Mew, what if your team already have 2 attackers but you still chose Mew? Not to mention Mew requires high skill to fully utilize him, but from your comment you seem to only spam Solar beam. That's just being a burden.

It’s dragonite’s basic attacks that stun
