I've always been a big outrage Dragonite fan and I used to use Dragon dance but now I use extreme speed so I can keep reactivating his passive and get damage reduction while I'm in there doing outrage, I tried the charging charm and it felt the same as what the scope lens would do, but I tried resident guard quite a few times and I think I prefer it out of everything I've used but that's a personal preference that's not out of like a professionals opinion or anything
Is dragonite better for you in jg lane? Tried it once and it didn't work for me. Possibly bc I was constantly invaded and teammates never helped me lol
I’m always playing outrage with scarf, weakness policy, focusing band, more of a semi tank with some damage built in so never understood why you should use charging charm for this move specifically
You don’t need to tank if your life steal is so high from attacking as hard as dragonite, and the move speed buff gives you better chasing, I really like it
Is Sweet Kiss on Confey becoming more common or something? I just had one on my team during a Goodra game, going bot with Azumaril. And it must have worked, since we won in convincing fashion.
With e speed, you lose a bit of dps, I did some testing at level 15?and got about 8300 for e speed and close to 8700 for ddance, the drop is so worth it because its quite minor, you get reduced damage, a reset on your multi scale, better engage and chase, at the cost of less sustained stunning, but that doesn’t matter too much
I bought Dragonite just because I have the Christmas skin. I love playing outrage but I prefer hyper beam to be honest. Saying that, I didn't play Dragonite that much to be honest since my mojo apparently playing support.
I love outrage dragonite but after loosing Rayquaza to a blissey becasue of outrage's stun I switched to hyper beam. This video is really cool and well made though. Keep up the good work!

If Charging Charm is good on Outrage Dragonite, what about Resonant Guard on Outrage? I think he is good too with it and ESpeed and Outrage but I may try that.
Neither are really good. Charm is meh because outrage relays on big autos,not a lot of autos. As for guard,focus band or drain crown will do a better job. Dnite isn't bulky enough for the shielding to be worth it.
